This is a Private Apartment in an excellent location. Walk to the nearby waterfront at the end of the Lane. It is just 2 miles from downtown Bath, also close to the beaches and 2 different State Parks. (Within a 15 min drive) Apartment does have some steep stairs to the second floor bedroom. In especially cold weather there is a pull out sleeper with extra mattress provided for another comfy, warmer first floor sleeping space. Coin operated laundry next door down. Machines take $3.50 each.

Our two story in-law suite is relatively new. This one bedroom is perfect for a family or a quiet romantic retreat. Located on 8 acres of very private pristine Maine landscape. 10 minutes to Bath. 19 minutes to Popham beach. 30 minutes to Freeport. 45 minutes to Portland. 5 minutes to public boat launch. Unfortunately, as much as we love furry family members, due to health risks for our family we are not able to host animals including service dogs. ❤️ 🐶 🐈‍⬛ 💕

Popham - Mah-Bella Beach House!

Built in 2005, our year round cottage is located between Fort Popham and the state park. Beach chairs, corn-hole, bocce ball and many other kids toys all provided. Outdoor propane fireplace with seating in a screened in porch. All Tv's are smart tv's with access to youtube tv. A whole house standby generator is hooked up for power outage issues. Many guests have returned for several years. Come fall asleep to the sound of the ocean!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Airbnb with our two young children (ages 2 and 5), and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property was private and offered a serene and safe environment for our little ones to explore and enjoy. One of the highlights for us were the breathtaking sunsets we got to witness every evening. The views were simply stunning and made our stay even more special. Additionally, we enjoyed fishing off the pier, which was a great activity for the whole family. Betsy, our host, was amazing! She was always available for any questions we had and made sure we felt right at home. Her friendliness and attentiveness truly enhanced our stay. Loved exploring the local hikes, the beauty of Reid’s State Park (host provided state park pass) and Popham Beach, the Town of Bath and Boothbay. House was perfect, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. In warmer weather the screened in back porch would have been excellent for hanging out.

A plus all around. The house is beautiful and the location is gorgeous, with the ocean a stone’s throw from the back porch. Mark was very friendly and helpful. He set up a bed downstairs for a member of our family who uses a wheelchair, and installed a ramp to get up the front steps.

The beach was right there. We played in the water most of the day. Then the beds were very comfortable while going to sleep listening to the waves.

A modern kitchen features a large granite island with seating for five. Stainless steel appliances are visible, alongside ample cabinetry and large windows that allow natural light to fill the space. Decorative elements, including a sculpture, are arranged thoughtfully throughout.

Robin's home is beautiful and spacious. It looks exactly as it appears in the listing. The spot is quiet but only about a 20-minute drive to Bath where there are lots of shops and restaurants. The seafood in the area is extraordinary (we shopped at Plants). And it's easy to cook in Robin's kitchen since she has it well-stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. The beds are amazing, but it's worth noting that all the bedrooms are upstairs, so the house would be difficult for anyone with trouble going up and down steps. Overall, it was a wonderful week, and I highly recommend Robin's house.

We had a lovely time here. Maurine is a fantastic host, and this is an absolute gem of a house. We will definitely be back!
