The Maitri retreat was indeed a treat to mind, soul and the eyes. Reaching the property is a bit hectic as it is nestled away from the crowd, but once you reach there it's like sitting in nature's lap. Situated inside the Singalila national park, the stay is surrounded by lush green forest all around. A short hike upwards through the forest will take one to a small lake which is far more beautiful than it sounds. Downwards from the stay one can reach the Samten Monastery which offers peaceful ambience and a museum too. Our host was a gem of a person and was very responsive to all our requests. His mom and dad were also there, who provided us with delicious home-cooked foods and guided us to the lake through forest. Sweetest of the lot was Max the gentle giant. He is a big dog by his size but is like a baby by heart. Overall me and my wife had a wonderful stay there and would love to visit again for a longer duration.

Excellent location. Extremely clean and cosy room. Place was better than our expectation. Host Remendra was extremely helpful and always available to solve our needs. He suggested few places which we can visit nearby. I would definitely love to come back. The best accommodation in Rimbick.

I stayed at this beautiful Airbnb in Sukhiya Pokhari for 9 days with Manisha and Zikmi, and honestly, it was one of the most memorable trips I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—thanks to the wonderful hosts who were not just helpful but also incredibly fun, warm, and full of good vibes. The property itself is nestled in a peaceful village, surrounded by lush greenery and absolutely breathtaking views that made every morning magical. The food they served was delicious—home-cooked, fresh, and made with so much love. Every meal was a delight. Their hospitality was exceptional—every little need was taken care of with so much care and attention. i never felt like a guest, but part of their home. The memories I made here will stay with me forever. If you're looking for a tranquil escape with heartwarming hosts and stunning nature all around, this is the place. Can’t wait to go back!

Will say it in short, it is home away from home. The property is beautiful, peaceful and very clean. The view is mesmerising! Just the road to the property is still under construction. But, the journey is worth the stay at Trouville Farm! Prazual, despite his family emergency never delayed in responding! So was Gopal da and Pemba... very helpful and very polite! Lovved the whole staycation!
