We are located in central Kathmandu with easy access to transportation, stores, heritage sites & tourist center Thamel (5 mints walk). We adopt eco-friendly ways and our place is relatively green and quiet, tucked in the lane, off the main street. Most houses in the neighborhood are of relatives making it more local, family friendly and welcoming.

Especially great for us was that the restaurant delivered great food for affordable price to the room. I highly recommend this place in the heart of the city. Cannot recommend this Airbnb enough, you will not regret the experience! Yan's Airbnb is extremely well done, with fine attention to detail. The room is curated with traditional Nepalese style furnishings and exudes an ambiance reflective of that. Yan himself was an excellent host, picking me up from the airport and showing me around Kathmandu the entire duration of my stay. I even went to his families home for tea! His recommendations are good and communication clear. I will certainly be back!
