A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

I love my chalet, because the place is so beautiful and calm. Chalet have now new fireplace and new bathroom/sauna. Nature is all a around you. You can relax in chalet by hiking or in finish sauna or just spend time with your friends. Chalet is located about 70 km from Rovaniemi, near beautiful lake Vietonen. Chalet is is very good place travel for 4 persons family, couples and alone. The chalet is located at the top of a hill, there you can see far to lake.

I stayed five nights at Rea’s place and was really impressed. The apartment is in a new, clean, and well-maintained building. Everything in the flat was just right – excellent condition, comfortable furniture, and a big balcony that was a pleasant surprise with a nice sofa set. The location was perfect for me: close to the city center and all the restaurants and services, yet peaceful and quiet since it faces an inner courtyard. I didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. The neighbors were friendly and greeted me, and shops were also within a good walking distance. As an extra bonus, the beautiful Kemijoki River and its scenic walking paths were nearby – perfect for relaxing strolls. Check-in instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again!

This place is MAGICAL! My hubby and I loved our stay! The cold plunge and sauna were amazing, relaxing and much needed after a long travel day. We rented a car, short drive from airport and there is parking. Very safe and cozy. The toilet was easy to use. The breakfast was very good, Tuulia accommodated us with a to go breakfast as we had an early flight. My hubby made us a fire and the bed was so cozy!! Will be back for sure! Thank you Silja and Tuulia!

This place is absolutely stunning — it felt just like home from the moment we walked in. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and the view of the river was simply beautiful. What really sets this stay apart, though, are the small extra touches the hosts thoughtfully included: delicious chocolate, quality tea, oats for breakfast, a lovely selection of shower gels, and even spare toothbrushes just in case. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was cozy and full of thoughtful little details that made it feel like a true home away from home. Aapo has clearly put a lot of care into creating a warm and welcoming space. The beds were very comfortable, the sauna was amazing, and the ice hole in the garden was such a funny detail. The home was spotless and fresh, and the neighborhood is charming and peacefully located close to the river. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

Very good stay, a haven of peace and a magnificent view. The accommodation is convenient and well heated even in winter and has many accessories, lamps, chargers etc, it's perfect.

A wooden sauna area features a bench and a lower seating area made of natural wood. A gray towel hangs on the side, and various sauna accessories are visible atop the benches. The ceiling is lined with wooden panels, contributing to a warm and inviting environment.

We had a very nice time at this place! Wonderfully quiet location in beautiful surroundings, ideal to switch off and relax. For activities you often have to drive a while, but you are in the middle of nature and can just go outside at night and see the Northern Lights (if any are to be seen) - that was a very great experience! The sauna was also very pleasant (the hot tub was unfortunately frozen and out of order at the time). There is everything you need in the house and it is very cozy there. We were there with our two-year-old son, and he also felt very comfortable and had - like us - a lot of fun in the snow!
