Jussara was extremely helpful whenever I had any questions and she responded very fast. Lovely space, very friendly doormen as well as being walkable to so many things including the beach.

Our stay was perfect and exceeded all expectations! The apartment is amazing, super cozy and very well located. Nathalia and Mr. Elizeu were exceptional hosts, super attentive and kind. The condominium is super complete, with an exceptional structure and extremely polite employees. Everything worked together to make the stay impeccable. Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As caveats, it can be highlighted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

Thomas was very attentive and the apartment is small and cozy. The double bed could be a little bigger, it didn't have to be a King, but a Queen maybe. The internal noise is a negative point, but the location and the condominium staff are fantastic. Everything was very straightforward. It was worth it and we will do it again!

I celebrated my birthday at William's house and I can say it was an extremely happy weekend for me and my family. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and we enjoy moments of great peace and love. William is very old, since the first contact answered everything super fast, made us very comfortable and was flexible with time, a super important point for us because we were with children and the elderly. The pool was delicious and very clean. The beach is less than 10 minutes walk away, a delight. The maritacas in the garden were a spectacle apart, we feel very much in contact with nature, the house brought us a sense of peace. We set up pizza in the wood-fired oven on Saturday night, it was a lot of fun and a delight! I only have compliments and thanks to William, I want to come back more often.

Communication with the hostess, Marina, was exceptional and the instructions were clear and helpful. The atmosphere is super cozy and the description of the house matches exactly what was advertised. House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

The apartment is located in a great area of Santos (Canal 4). The building's differential is that it has a parking space and a swimming pool. Marcelo responds to messages very quickly! The house is well-equipped and comfortable, we didn't miss anything. We only stayed 2 days, but I think it would serve us well for longer

As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.
