The amazing house, like the photos, perfect for leisure, even rainy days, has everything you need. For those who like to cook, the most complete kitchen I have ever seen, all possible utensils, even large professional pot for pasta. Everything impeccable, clean and organized. Super easy to identify the house, easy entrance, Daniela responded quickly, always friendly. The Clean Pool. For walking or driving to Pernambuco, which is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches on the coast. The forest next to it is bélissima, adds a breath-taking view. Certainly the most beautiful place I've ever stayed in. The quiet and safe condo has everything close by, be it supermarket or restaurants. Had enough ventilators in the room to make it pleasant in a warmth of 29th to 30th. I want to go back for sure !

We had a great time at the house!! The house was very comfortable, with a great structure, Mr. Wagner who takes care of the pool was very nice and helped us with the needs of the house. I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had complete flexibility in check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and communication with the host was clear, fast and super friendly. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is even better than q esta in the photos, everything was clean and organized. Excellent location,the location for walking to nearby beach,market and bakery. Great for those who go in a large group of people.

Alexandre's house is my place reference in Guarujá for a quiet and safe vacation, it was my second time and I will come back more often for sure.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great! Cozy, very organized and with an ideal spa to relax. We arrived easily at the place and checked in without any problems. We'll be back for sure!

Amazing Apartment. Super clean and bright, comfortable and clean bedding. It offers everything, towels, soaps is really complete and to go just to enjoy. Valéria is a sweetheart, responded quickly and helped me in everything until flexible check out. All impeccable. The only thing worth highlighting in the announcement is that I back room is very hot and we can't use it, I believe that an air or fan would solve the problem because the room is comfortable and has a bathroom, it can easily accommodate 2 people.

Very good property, cozy, has everything that is described in the listing, Knut is extremely attentive and the building staff were very polite and helpful. I did not pay attention to the wireless connection (Wi-Fi) before booking the stay, this is a negative point, I leave the comment only for improvement, otherwise everything was according to the listing and instructions.
