The best home we've ever stayed in Guarujá!! The Giovanni house is perfect, in perfect condition equal to the photos, very well airy, totally complete, accommodated well 8 people, wonderful location, close to trades, the corner bakery has everything you may need, in addition to the Sugar Loaf market in the shopping mall a 5 minute walk or Extra a 5 minute drive, super close to the beach, you can walk quietly, everything perfect, Giovanni was very flexible with the check in and Mr. Zezinho is also super adorable, the neighborhood is very quiet, it was wonderful days, we will return soon! Nota 1000!!!

We had a great time at the house!! The house was very comfortable, with a great structure, Mr. Wagner who takes care of the pool was very nice and helped us with the needs of the house. Spacious and very comfortable rooms. The house is full of details in the decoration and a very well-kept garden, beautiful... we'll be back!

An excellent accommodation option, this home in the sand provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The stairs were easy to face, allowing easy access. With a private beach and enhanced security, the space is exclusive to the condominiums. The kiosk serves every need, ensuring guests' convenience. In addition, the view from the deck is stunning, accompanied by the gentle sound of the waves, creating a perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature.

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had complete flexibility in check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and communication with the host was clear, fast and super friendly. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

The house is just spotless! Everything is extremely clean and well taken care of, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is super complete, with all the necessary utensils and also has a dishwasher, which was a great differential. The rooms are very comfortable, air-conditioned in the suites, ensuring great nights of rest. The outdoor area is also amazing, with a huge pool, perfect to enjoy with friends and family. Also, the water filter with ice option was a detail that made all the difference. Patrícia and Sérgio were super gentle and supportive, always ready to help with whatever it took. I recommend it 100% and will definitely come back!

The house is impeccable. Everything is super clean, and in fact it has everything that is in the listing, you don't need to bring bed linen, towels, the house is super equipped with beach things too. The location is perfect, right on the beach, with a great bakery nearby, and the host responds super fast.

The house is spotless, better than in pictures. The location is excellent, in the middle of the best beaches in the place. A luxury stay. A special greeting to the landlady who always kept the place spotless and was very kind.

We love our stay in the house , everything according to the photos ,the very spacious, comfortable house, the rooms all with working air conditioning, great pool for leisure , very good barbecue area, large kitchen with everything we need. very close to the beach , nearby market, restaurant . Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the start, making our stay even more special. The penthouse is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, with the advantage of a simply impeccable view! Everything is very well equipped, with a perfect pool and barbecue area for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (a plus for us) and with extremely kind staff. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for days off. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it without so much as a second thought.

Our stay was great! The apartment is small but very comfortable and well equipped, perfect for what we needed. The location is excellent, with shopping, market and the beach very close, which made our routine much easier. Check-in and checkout were super smooth, without a hitch. Excellent apartment with all the necessary structure to stay with children, even going on cloudy days we had activities to do internally there. Facing the sea...with the entire structure for a sunshade and chair! If we get the chance, we'll be back!

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great apartment, matches the photos, close to several beaches, well located. I missed the microwave that it was said to have in the checkout recommendations that is posted on the door. The room fan is not very good, it was not missed because it was a very mild climate. Luciano extremely kind and request, Mr. Edivan as well. Whoever is, I suggest you stay at the ilários kiosk, excellent food, good service and a fair price for the quality and size of the portions. I already recommended to friends and we intend to return soon.
