Our house is new, bright, ventilated and cozy, 50 meters from Praia Grande, one of the best beaches in Ilhabela! There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, with bed and bath linens, two of which are en-suites. The kitchen is complete, with a microwave, appliances and all the utensils. The living room has a smart TV with Sky HD. We have Wi-Fi, parking, a washing machine, balcony, barbecue area, shower and sea view. There are good restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, market, wine cellar, bakery and pharmacy nearby.

Charming and cozy little house in the heart of the city. The house is ideal for couples, but it can accommodate a family of 3, or friends :). The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, next to Perequê, which is the commercial center of Ilhabela. You will be in the center of the city, with easy access to the two beach regions from here (the North, and the South). The Wi-Fi works perfectly, also for Home Office. An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
