The property is opposite the seafront prom & rocky beach of Penrhyn Bay in a residential area on the edge of town. 12 minutes walk down the prom to Rhos-on-Sea harbour, sandy beach & town centre. 30 mins walk to Angel Bay on the Little Orme & on the North Wales Coastal Walk path. A great base for exploring North Wales, or chilling locally.
