It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, living room with wood stove, large terrace, garage, cable TV with 49" smart TV and 32-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi, capacity for 6 people. Comfortable, bright and central

The apartment is in a high-end building, on a quiet stretch of Avenida Gorlero. The building is located in the narrowest part of the peninsula, a few meters from Playa de los Ingleses (beach) on one side and the port on the other. The interior is very bright, overlooking the port and Gorriti Island. It includes its own parking space in the building's guarded garage. Due to its location and amenities, it is the ideal apartment at any time of the year.
