Everything is impeccable. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and the port. With direct access garage through the building. It was well equipped. We went in winter with a small child and we had no problems with the cold, it was well equipped with coats and air conditioning for the rooms. The host responded quickly, always ready to answer my questions. Recommended for a visit to Punta del Este.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and has a beautiful view. The location is excellent. You have everything you need to spend a very good stay. Communication with Nicolas was always smooth and friendly. We'll be back for sure!

The stay was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we needed was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But it has all the other utensils, super complete kitchen. It has an iron and bed linens. We felt at home.

Very nice place, very central with shops and restaurants very close by. A few blocks from the beaches! The apartment is clean, comfortable and just what we were looking for to spend the week in PdE! Felipe is always attentive to answer any questions and very flexible for check-in and check-out!

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

Nice and beautiful apartment, very well located. But there was no soap to wash the dishes and even some small complimentary soap for use in the bathroom. Garage a little tricky. But it was worth the cost benefit.

We had an amazing time with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with a spectacular view, very complete and clean! We used the pool that was very hot! The concierges are very attentive and very well treated! We would definitely choose this place again!

A great place to stay in Punta del Este. And Lucas was a brilliant host - responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The bedroom has a good sized bed that is super comfortable. The bedroom also has a desk and table which was perfect for my 7pm Teams call which didn’t disturb my husband in the lounge room. The bathroom had soft fluffy towels, great hot water and pressure, shampoo and conditioner and shower gel. The kitchen had a stove, oven and fridge/freezer - perfect for heating up meals and storing ice cream. Gym and pool in the building. Parking is available inside the building but was a little scary for us (big car and we are used to driving on the other side of the road) - it was very easy and safe to park on the street so we did that after day one (the parking inside has you driving in and out of a car lift). The photos match exactly. And if you are looking for a brilliant bakery - we discovered Baipa - and they make incredible and fresh focaccia!

Our stay at the accommodation was perfect✨🫶. Clara was very kind at all times, and even allowed us to stay a little longer to fully enjoy our weekend. The apartment is as seen in the photos, very nice and with all the amenities, the entrance to the building is easy even if you come at night. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED without a doubt 🩷✨

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

The place is beautifully decorated and has the most wonderful view. You can hear the waves hitting the rocks. It is super relaxing. At the same time is very conveniently located with many super mice restaurants and cafes at walking distance and a supermarket just a block away. The kitchen has all the essentials and bedrooms have really good blackout curtains.

Everything is great. Amazing view, everything is good quality and working. The apartment's architecture is a little strange, you need to walk a little from the second bedroom to the bathroom, but nothing that affects the experience The cleaning service is interesting, but very superficial, they do not wash the dishes or change the towel, they forgot to go in 2 days, that's when I contacted the cleaning lady and concierge directly. I would come back and recommend it to others.

I had an excellent experience in Billy's apartment. The location is comfortable, safe and with everything close by. The place is super well implemented, clean and with all the details thought out for a comfortable stay.

The building has excellent location and services, highlighting the comfort of beach service in the season. The apartment is renovated, was impeccably clean, well organized and well equipped, as described in the ad (yes, no TV). Excellent Wifi. Very bright, airy, with beautiful panoramic views. Parking is an added comfort. Communication with the host was irreplaceable, it did not rest until it got from us that everything was right for a great stay.

We returned to this accommodation for the fourth time. Cleanliness is excellent, a great location with a nice view of the harbor. The host is always attentive to everything and the building staff is impeccable. Highly recommended for an excellent stay

The apartment is perfect for two people, very complete. The view is unique. Magnificent. The double window perfectly insulates noise and whistles. It is ideally located for walking and strolling around the port on foot. The owners are very friendly, willing to solve any need. I would go again a thousand times, I highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agustín's apartment. Superbly located, amazing sea view. We really enjoyed cooking, and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils. Parrilla was super approved too. We'll be back for sure!!!
