A jacuzzi, a wood stove, AC, an oven, a fire pit, a grill, a mini pool, internet, smart TV, and more. A beautiful experience of relaxation, tranquility and nature. IMPORTANT: 4 people max, March to December only over 17 years old, January and February any age. Note: electricity is charged separately. Depending on usage, it ranges from 2 USD to 6 USD per day. Firewood is also charged separately at market price.

Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. Enjoy!

"La Locanda - living houses" 1

La Locanda has four small houses spread out in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom with A/C, a bathroom, a kitchen and a winter garden with a wood-burning stove. Located in a quiet area, surrounded by fauna and flora, 500 m from the beach (a 10 min walk). The buildings are handcrafted by their owners, Adri and Tato, with clay interiors and a living roof that provide the interior with good thermal insulation and unique warmth.
