Warm two-story wooden house on the beach in Punta Rubia, a quiet neighborhood on the dunes and meters from the sea. La Pedrera is 1 km away and Cabo Polonio is 37 km away. The promised beach! The house has a living room, an integrated kitchen, and a full bathroom on the ground floor. In PA, 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed, with access to the deck seen in the photo, and another with a single bed and two armchair beds. The living room armchair can also be converted into a bed. Outdoor grill. This house with a Nordic tub and pool offers plenty of comfort and privacy. It's ideal for unwinding and enjoying panoramic views and spectacular sunsets, as it's located in a unique spot with no houses in front and few neighboring houses (which sets it apart). The heated pool (28 to 31°C) is available from October to April, and the Nordic tub (up to 42°C) can be enjoyed year-round, as it has a wood-burning boiler. **Please inquire about the pool in May and September.
