Drive into the attached garage and go upstairs where you will find your very private entrance to a quiet, peaceful, and restful living. Located 1 mile from the downtown area on a street loaded with large Oak and Walnut trees. A huge back yard in which to stroll or barbecue. It is the top half of my house complete with it's own kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. My residence is the bottom half of the house. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby. My place is about two blocks from High trestle bike trail access. Centrally located between Ames and Des Moines . Our place has one or two private rooms on the upper level,good for couples.Entire upper level is yours to use along with small kitchen ,full bath - (a small nook for kids or 1 adult)We also have garage space for bikes! Just let me know in advance so I can give you a key! We share parking in the drive and also have on the street parking.
