The bathroom and toilet are accessible from both rooms separately through the hallway in the unheated part of the house. In front of the house there is a possibility of parking and sitting under a gazebo with a grill and a view of Černý Důl. Above the house there is a meadow and a forest with a trail to Černá hora. The ski slopes are 5 minutes away on foot. Summer swimming is possible in the stream and 5 km away campsite with a swimming pool.

The residence is located in the center of Pec pod Sněžkou. There is a ski bus stop in front of the apartment. The building has a restaurant with all-day operation. The apartment has a large balcony, its own lockable box (for skis, bicycles) and a garage in the underground part of the residence. Nearby are grocery stores (60m), bakery, post office, pharmacy, tennis courts, wellness.

The cottage, built in 1919, has undergone a complete extensive renovation (2023), which has made the building an ideal place to relax. The entire renovation was done with an emphasis on creating a pleasant, even family and comfortable environment from which you will not want to return home, just like us and our family. The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Krkonoše National Park - the cottage is surrounded by forest on two sides.

The kitchen is fully equipped, furnished with Miele appliances and for coffee lovers we offer a Nespresso coffee machine. WiFi, Sonos sound system and smart TV incl. Netflix.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!
