Z terasy je přímý přístup na travnatou plochu s ohništěm. Krásný VÝHLED na šumící říčku a protilehlou stranu kopce. Apartmán je mimo hlavni silnici avšak dojezdný autem. Skvělá POLOHA mimo centrum Pece (15 min procházka), ideální pro pěší túry a běžky.
