We loved it! A place with a vibe where we felt at home. Very well-equipped, perfectly clean, beautiful location next to the stream surrounded by nature. The possibility of using the sauna is a big advantage, and the fireplace gave you warm on cool evenings. Peace and quiet help to rest and relax with the closest ones. There are parking spaces, close to shops and restaurants. The perfect place that we highly recommend:)))

Definitely dream home! We were 9 people for an extended weekend in this accommodation and are completely thrilled! The furnishings are first-class, stylish and of high quality. The view is breathtaking and invites you to relax on the terrace. The wellness offers are particularly noteworthy: the sauna is modern and spacious, the hot tub an absolute highlight – especially in the evening under the starry sky. The bathing pond was also a real experience and provided a lot of relaxation. The accommodation offers plenty of space for everyone without feeling cramped. We felt completely comfortable right from the start and will definitely be back! A big thank you to the hosts – it couldn't be better!

We had a great stay at Staniszowska Przystań. The place was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. We did a lot of hikes, visited nearby castles and palaces, and ate at the restaurants the owners recommended. Everything was great and the food was delicious. We will definitely stay there again.

Super cute and modern house, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Really cosy as well with the log burner, despite the snow outside. Just what I needed as a base for a couple of days of hiking in the nearby hills and woods. Beautiful scenery! I was a little worried about managing without a car but Artur was super kind and offered to drive me if needed. In the end I stocked up on food before arriving and was able to access two days of hiking on foot from the house. Artur is a lovely guy and thoughtful host. All the basics are there - cooking ingredients, toilet paper, shower gel, soap, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets. I’d stay again for sure!

There were 7 of us in the accommodation for a few days to hike and relax there. The house is great! Declared as a smart home, you can control a lot with the tablet - but as is the case with technology, it doesn't always work smoothly. Beds are comfortable, showers large, sauna and hot tub also suitable for relaxing. In the large garden you can also relax and/or play games. The only criticism is that the pans should be replaced, as the coatings have already been used quite a bit. Thanks for the great stay.

Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing time at your place. The house was spacious and clean. The property managers were super friendly and responded very quickly when we needed help. It was especially pleasant that attention was even paid to such small things as children's cutlery, children's dishes, tissues, baking paper, freezer bags, dishwasher tabs, etc. This place is just perfect for a holiday with toddlers: great playroom, fireplace and strawberries in the garden were the highlights for my son. However, it was unexpectedly quite warm in the house, although outside it was around +20 C. So a few fans for bedrooms would be an advantage ;)

Beautiful home, surrounded by a lush forest and peaceful nature. No cars, rarely a cyclist every second day or so. Dog and Kid friendly! Basic groceries and supplies are prepared ahead of the stay. Come in, rest, sleep if needed. No rushing to go grocery shopping. Friendly host, always reachable. Some beautiful destinations nearby, and a hiking path right at the doorstep! The only downsides were : We wish there was a shower head holder for the downstairs shower, as the upstairs shower was a little small for me. And if you don't speak the language, it's quite hard to get around in these cities, but nothing the host can do about that! Just a heads up for anyone not fluent in the Polish language ☺️ Otherwise beautiful and calming!

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Beautiful place, great house, garden and views. Worth the price, definitely Comfortable beds, large table. There is much more space than you can see in the photos. It is a pity that there is only one bathroom (very comfortable ), because there is room for 10 people. The downside is the very steep stairs (two pairs), for an elderly person, a child really dangerous. It didn't bother us. The hostess is nice, you can see that she is fascinated by the area, she directed us to interesting places. In general, I highly recommend it.

excellent communication, we got a tip for trips, food. excellent accommodation, quiet location, we had a 1.5 year old child with us and the accommodation was absolutely problem-free. It is close to trips to the mountains, the city for food, to the swimming pool. I recommend.

We had a great stay with my family, the apartment was as described and had a beautiful view. Communicating with your host is also great.

We went on holidays to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and all those housekeeping and shopping responsibilities that usually accompany the festive festivities. Beautiful neighborhood, lovely place to relax, great and hospitable people. Home-cooked food nearby.. Thank you so much and we will definitely be back. "Chybotek" didn't give up to us, but it was an interesting experience. Thank you 😊

Staying with Basia and Adam was a wonderful experience. The place is super equipped with a beautiful view. Large space, huge terrace, 2 bathrooms-all a plus. The location is perfect for exploring Szklarska Poręba and the surrounding area. Amazing place, highly recommend and I hope to be back.

Nikola was a great host and answered all questions that I had. The place had everything we needed and was in a great location. She also gave us a lot of recommendations. We would stay again!

The accommodation was completely convincing. We felt right at home. Everything we needed was there. The location was also ideal for our activities. Unfortunately, there was a defect in the sauna. Despite the weekend, the host came by and looked at the problem. Messages were always responded to in no time. We would come back.

We are already here for the 2nd time and the 3rd time is already booked - that alone should say enough! ;-) Because like last time we were not disappointed and it was all wonderful - we had an incredibly relaxing week in the apartment and were happy to sit on the bench in the sun in front of the house in the best weather! The appartement is a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn. There is a bus that goes every 2 hours or so. There is no sidewalk or bike trail. We were with bikes. The appartement itself is very nice and clean (but with weird/sexist pictures on the walls). There is tea and coffee with a coffee machine. The furniture and bathroom are very nice and clean. The shared sauna outside is very beautiful. The communication with the host is very easy and friendly.

Very nice place with everything you need. Beautiful landscape nearby and a very nice garden with a pool for summer stays.

Nice place as a starting point for active holidays. We stayed with a family with 3 children and were very happy with the accommodation. The kids enjoyed the areas inside and outside. Adršpach, trutnov, pec pod snezkou just a stone's throw away. Despite not having met Joseph in person, he was friendly and reactive. Recommended

The apartment was clean and very modern. We felt very comfortable very quickly. We were able to enjoy our week there very much. Thank you! Only very small criticism: You could at least have responded to our message or Even if the answer was “no,” it would be OK. Or if you said afterwards that you had overlooked the message, it would also be OK. However, no one likes to be ignored. Otherwise, I can absolutely recommend both the property and Monika as a host.
