House vacation rentals in Payson

This was our second time having the pleasure to stay at Darryl’s place. We feel very at home here. It is peaceful, unique and just perfect for us. The kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and we don’t need to bring our own towels or linens because his are perfect! We love having coffee on the back patio overlooking the river. We enjoyed plenty of wildlife, including our favorite crane. We brought our own records this time to enjoy and enjoyed a romantic dinner at the wonderful Moscato Italian restaurant again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at TreeHouse Cabin was absolutely PERFECT! The hot tub was magnificent — soaking under the stars with snow all around was pure magic. The 360° views from the wraparound decks were breathtaking and the peaceful setting surrounded by the National Forest made it the perfect escape. The cabin itself is beautifully designed, exceptionally CLEAN, and loaded with amenities — two kitchens, two living rooms, a sauna, a massage chair, and even arcade games kept everyone entertained. Nights were so cozy and peaceful. Everything about this place was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Highly recommend — we’ll definitely be back!

Place was very nice and walking distance to Ramsey Park! Michael is very responsive to any needs which was much appreciated! Game room with pool table and darts was a big plus for the family/kids!

Clearly recently remodeled, very clean, and well-decorated home in a work-a-day neighborhood. Modern decor and furnishings made our stay comfortable. There were only two of us, but the house is well suited to a family of 4+. The location is not central or within walking distance to any services/destinations, so if you’re visiting the area for Sedona/Oak Creek attractions, plan for a bit of driving.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here! It was a beautiful neighborhood with lots of elk and wildlife. Close to trails, food, etc. The co-host was very kind and communicative with us. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is a gem and was exactly what my family and I needed during our travels! We are on a two week road trip with our 17 and 12 year old. Our stay at Jimmy and Anna’s felt like a relaxing vacation and had everything we needed. From the hot tub to the amazing garage where our boys spent most of their time. We will definitely book again when we travel back to the area.

The location was amazing. Quiet and peaceful area not too far driving distance from many hiking spots in Sedona and surrounding areas. The home was clean and very well taken care of. A+++ for the space and location!

Christan’s place felt like a home away from home. We went for a 3 day baseball tournament and wanted to do nothing but relax and watch movies once we were back and this was the perfect place. Christan is so nice, responsive and flexible. I highly recommend and would go back!

My family stayed a month while waiting to move into our house, and enjoyed the convenience of the location and the private cul-de-sac.

We loved our month at this peaceful cabin! It had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and the water pressure was great! On top of that, the property and yards are gorgeous and perfect for watching the local elk. We recommend to anyone that will listen!

We had a great stay! The home had everything we needed and was very clean. We really enjoyed the indoor fireplace. We were also able to see a herd of elk early one morning right outside the home which was very magical. Would stay again!

We had a great stay here. We stayed for a month so really got to know it well and it is very comfortable. The house has EVERYTHING you would need or even think you'd need, from the kitchen to toys in the 'kid's room'! Some things to confirm about the listing - the driveway is very steep, it doesn't look bad in the pictures, but it is! The view from the covered deck is so much better, the pictures don't do it justice, beautiful! Over the course of a month we pretty much used everything in the house and it all is up to snuff and works well. I worked remotely and had no internet speed issues. The internet went out once and the host was super responsive and it was resolved quickly. From the house, we saw elk several times, And a coyote too! The primary bedroom with a king bed is upstairs, which is nice. The bed is very firm. Water pressure for the shower is good. You would need a car if you stayed here. The only thing my husband and I remarked on was the lack of cereal bowls. lol

We had a great experience with Lo and her cabin! Lo responded quickly to us to confirm our reservation and was even very accommodating when we had to change plans within a week of our original booking. The cabin is in a very peaceful neighborhood. We found it easily and had no trouble getting in. It was comfortably furnished, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

We had such a wonderful weekend up in Pine and loved the cabin!

Our family really enjoys staying at Stacy's. It is a good fit our family which includes young adults. The kitchen is large enough and set up well for us for at home cooking. There is also the opportunity for walking to a restaurants. Back yard has a beautiful view!

Dark Sky Ranch was the perfect location for our first time in the Sedona area. The home was clean upon arrival and everything looked brand new. On our first night, we were greeted with an incredible sunset while sitting on the very inviting front porch with a glass of wine. The local animal sounds were a bonus. The kitchen was spacious, and Christina and Sean provided everything you would need to feel at home and more! This was exactly what we were looking for when searching for a getaway spot. The snacks were an added treat. We will definitely be back to the Sedona/Cottonwood area !

Loved this place! My family of 5 (3 kids, all 20+) came to Sedona as we love to hike. While it was about a 20-25 min drive to get where we wanted to go, we enjoyed the quiet location this home had to offer. The outdoor area was amazing. We found ourselves sitting around the fire pit watching the sunrise, the pool and hot tub after our hikes, and the large outdoor table for eating and games. Inside was just as nice with plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared. I also appreciated the mount of starter supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, etc) that were left for us to use. We didn’t need to purchase anything for our 5 night stay. There were also plenty of bath and pool towels. If we are ever in the Sedona area again, we would definitely choose this home again.

Beautiful property with many amazing features!! Each bedroom had its own private bathroom which was nice! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! Only recommendation would be darker curtains! 5AM sunrise in Arizona and bright bedrooms made for early mornings every day! Upon check in the key was missing so we had to contact the host to find the key. We spent lots of time enjoying the amazing pool!! Communication with host through Airbnb app was slow. Often needed to message twice to get a response. Text responses once we had a phone number were much more prompt! Overall we loved the property! We would stay again in a heartbeat! It’s a bit of a drive to nearby attractions but the out of town location and private location made it worth it!

Our stay here was great! The house was clean and just as described. The back yard area was beautiful.. We enjoyed nights under the stars in the jacuzzi. Would stay again!

We just spent 6 days at the Chill. I have been to many Airbnb’s and this is the first time I can say, that if I could give him 10 stars, I would ! To start off with, Brian is a top notch host. Super friendly, supportive and very generous. I have never seen a house so well maintained and equipped. Kitchen (for those of you who like to cook) is equipped with high end appliances, tools, dishes and anything else you can ask for. The house is spotless, spacious and truly made us feel at home. Rooms and bathrooms are really nice with large TV’s and comfortable beds. And the spa is so fun after some good hiking. I will definitely recommend anyone traveling to Sedona. Brian, thank you !

Only a few hours north of Phoenix is this hidden gem. Very secluded quiet property. Lucious and green with the creek in the background. The home is huge and has everything you need to accommodate a large party. We loved the antique decor and really gives home a lovely old fashioned feel. We came for a girls getaway, but we definitely will be back with our families!
