“An adorable CLEAN cottage tucked away in plain sight! Excellent get away! (We will be returning) Not only was the cottage great, but across the street was a great walking path around a little lake with fountains. Also lots of green grass for the kids to play on! Cynthia was a great host and very accommodating. Our original plans were to hike at the Tonto National Bridge, however when we arrived we were told that they were all closed. Cynthia got us in an hour earlier and with a suggestion to hike Water Wheels Falls... Well it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! It was absolutely STUNNING!”
Note about COVID-19: We use professional cleaners that wear masks and use hospital-grade disinfectants (CaviCide) to thoroughly clean all high-touch surfaces such as light switches, door knobs and all counters. Get out of the heat and escape to the cool pines in my cozy mountain cabin at the base of the Mogollon Rim. This is also a great place to work from home, there's a small workspace and high-speed cable internet (100mb/s). The area also has perfect cell phone and 4G/LTE reception.
“Nice stay in Pine, lots of deer roaming the neighborhood and feeding every day. The property is just like the pictures but was smaller than I thought it would be. Perfect for 2 or 3 people, 4 would be quite tight. Also, the house is in a residential neighborhood with houses on both sides. The picture makes it seem like the property is very secluded - it isn't. Kitchen is well stocked, everything was clean and responses from the host were super fast! Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Pine is a very small town, not much to do and Tonto Natural Bridge is "open" but you can't get to it because all the trails are closed and under construction. The ranger told us to come back in October. Overall a pleasant couple of days out of the blistering Phoenix temperatures.”
A wonderful Chalet in the mountains at 5000’. Run away from the heat in Phoenix or come for winter fun. The A-Frame is two stories with 800 square feet of living space, not large but cute and charming. There is a narrow spiral staircase to the upstairs bedroom. Yes, the house is dog friendly.
“This place was exactly as advertised, and more! We really enjoyed our stay as a last stop on our cross country move into Phoenix. It was cozy and cute, had all necessary amenities, was very pet friendly, had great outdoor spaces to hang out, and was in a great neighborhood to walk. Check-in was seamless, and we felt right at home right away. Our only regret was that we did not factor in enough time to explore the area more, from this great home base!”
