Caasa Tranquilla is easily one of the most beautiful properties I’ve stayed at so far. It’s exactly as described perched right above the stunning Pawna Lake, offering a view that truly steals the show. The place has a romantic vibe but is just as perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Our cabin was clean, well-maintained, and the overall stay was super smooth thanks to the host’s prompt communication from check-in to check-out. The on-site cafe was a bit pricey and the food was decent. All in all, a memorable experience and we’re definitely coming back!

Beautiful location. The moment we got there it felt refreshing and calming. The cottage was neat and tidy, perfect for our family of 3. The staff was cooperative and food was reasonably priced and delicious. The surroundings are clean and well maintained with lots of lush greenery all around. The only issue I had was with finding the place as Google Maps took us a little ahead down the road. The name of the property would have helped us greatly.

What an absolutely marvellous stay at The Farmhouse. The place is absolutely gorgeous -- quiet, peaceful, and perfectly nestled next to a lake. It's a little out of the way, but that just made it even more attractive for us -- perfect for those looking to disconnect while still feeling connected to civilization (full mobile service and Wi-Fi to boot!) Huge thanks to Tanvi, the property manager Kisan, and the entire staff on-site who made us feel extremely welcome and well-looked-after. The food was excellent, very homely, and the staff was very accommodating of last-minute requests. Lastly, special mention for how pet-friendly the property is! This was our first trip with our dog, and she absolutely fell in love with the place. The staff was also super accommodating and helpful with her meals. 5/5 woofs from the furry guest! All in all, 10/10. We will definitely be hoping to come back again in the future, and more frequently at that!

The container cabins have the most breathtaking view of Pavana Lake. The menu offers a variety of cuisines and the quality of food and service are surprisingly good, considering how cut-off it is from civilization. The rooms are well maintained and minimally designed and the kitchen is adequately equipped. The Jacuzzi is fun too, although it could be better if it was temperature controlled as it gets quite chilly during the winters. The absence of television really gives you time to bond with your family and friends. A couple of hours of jarring music playing from an adjacent property on Saturday evening was the only thing that harshed the mellow. Apart from that it was a great place to unwind and soak in the serene and pristine surroundings.

This was my second time at the property which in itself speaks volume of my satisfaction with the stay, the location and the vibe of the place. Serene lakeside getaway, at such a short distance from Mumbai and at the same time so disconnected from the daily city hustle. Must visit if you’re looking for a nature connect and escape right outside the city. The staff were very helpful and the food was homely too. Would definitely visit again. Plus points for the view and climate during monsoons

This was our second time stay and it was pleasant and memorable same like the first, our pet Auro love this place immensely due to beautiful surroundings of nature.

Thank you Sanket it was great stay. The view from the cabin was the best. The bathrooms didn’t had doors but had curtains, this was a bit uncomfortable for us but the rest was nice so it was got balanced. The food from the Cafe was also very tasty. Overall a great stay!!!

Nice place to stay there for few days. It should have been more clean. Very nice staff. Very diligent and respectful. Providing good service to customers. The one small issue is in the night there are lots of small insects but i believe it’s because of rain. Apart from than everything is good. Food is also very nice. We loved the pool. I will recommend this place to everyone. It’s 8.5/10

It’s serene and how! From the privacy to the food, the villa and the jacuzzi is the property is the place for you and your partner to pamper yourself. Mayank and team was helpful and courteous the second we stepped foot in the rooms.

From the moment we made the reservation, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The communication prior to arrival, smooth check-in process, and warm hospitality set the tone for a perfect getaway. A big thank you to Trusha, Sanket, Ganesh, Kapil, and the entire team for creating such a beautiful and peaceful experience. The villa was spotless, the views were stunning, and the facilities were top-notch. The surprise birthday décor, delicious cake, floating breakfast, and even the thoughtful touch of washing our pet's utensils made us feel truly pampered. Having our furry family member with us was the cherry on top! There was a slight miscommunication between the owners and the caretaker, but Ganesh was extremely proactive and ensured everything ran smoothly. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. It was a comfortable and peaceful retreat

The roads to this place is amazing. The 5 min roads towards the end is raw and narrow, but then you end up in a place full of tranquility. The room was spacious yet cosy. Since we went during our pre monsoon phase, there were a lot of insects and bugs, which was in the description of the place. The most unique thing we found was the insect killer racket in the room which was super helpful! They have chairs and a table in the room and on the balcony. A mini fridge, AC, microwave, cutlery, coffee maker, etc are ready for use. The mattress on the bed was a little hard but still good enough to sleep on.The lawn area was amazing. Our puppy just couldn't stop with his zoomies. It was a safe white picket fenced area which allowed him to be off leash. The grass was a bit uneven but again that's ok.The food was good and the staff was the most courteous. Special thanks to Ganesh, Kapil and Ratan. We recommend this place to every couple with a pup!! 10/10 despite a few flaws!

We loved relaxing by the pristine, chlorine-free pool. Our dog enjoyed the peaceful surroundings as much as we did. The gracious host was readily available, and a special thank you goes to the caretaker, Suresh, and his wife for their exceptional hospitality. From check-in to check-out, the canteen team ensured our comfort and promptly fulfilled every request. This affordable gem is a must-visit!

Perfect escape for people living in Mumbai and Pune. Ashish is very responsive. The care taker and his family are helpful and always available. Food is simple, home style and tasty.

Rina’s place is nestled right between nature with a river and mountain’s around The place was nice and clean as we wanted to take our pet for a get away so this place was best with enough place for pet to play around Their food is a lil towards expensive side and checkin is after 3 pm which should ideally be 12 to 1 clock Rest all fine
