Beautiful views and a lot of sports activities await you (bicycle path directly behind the apartment building, water area and pump track for jumping). The center is 15 minutes away on foot. The apartment is sunny, with an area of 56 m2. It consists of a living room, bedroom, study with access to the balcony, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The house is built in 2022 in the style of traditional Slovak wooden house and is located on a large private plot. In total, there are 2 separate apartments in this house. The apartment has a separate entry, an area of 65 m2, and amenities that will provide you with a comfortable home during your vacation. Free parking by the house is included in the price.

There’s a wood burning fireplace in the living room and Netflix for when you just want to relax. Kids will certainly enjoy playing with many toys and board games or XBOX ONE. The property is fenced in so kids can run around while you enjoy outdoor fireplace or barbecue.
