Vacation rentals with a patio in Patong Beach

Excellent view and perfect for traveling nomads! I stayed here for a month and throughly enjoyed it! The apartment sits atop the hill with one of the best views in the area. 5 mins away from the beach and anything else you could need. Communication was super fast and responsive. Overall I had a great stay!

Had a great stay here. Host is amazing! Super kind, responsive and accommodating I had a great experience with Lulu. The place is spotless, comfortable and in a great location 5-7 minute walk from the beach with everything close by. Rooftop pool is nice with ocean views, also loved that you can do your laundry (coin operated) and the staff in the building are super helpful. Nothing negative I can say, I definitely recommend staying here!

This listing was beyond stunning. The location being right by the beach was perfect for sunsets or sunrises. Very easy to find, & an amazing perk is the restaurant right next to it! Ms. Jane was going above & beyond to make my stay amazing. The quickest host to respond at anytime of day & the friendliest when needing early check in/late check out! If anyone ever comes to Phuket hopefully you book with her because it was truly a pleasure being there!

I highly recommend this Airbnb for solo travelers or couples. What you see is exactly what you get—spotless, neat, and beautifully designed. The interior is lovely, and the space feels just right: spacious enough for two, yet still cozy if you’re alone. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, and the in-unit washing machine was incredibly convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable, though the pillows were a bit soft for my preference—but I still slept well. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. Kornnata was very responsive and helpful, ensuring all my requests and concerns were taken care of promptly. She even provided me with a water gun and two waterproof casings for Songkran, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Airbnb is located on a hill—not too far up—but if you rent a motorcycle, I highly recommend exploring a bit further up. The view from the top was absolutely spectacular. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Such a beautiful place. It is in perfect location, close to all attractions. The host even provided snacks for us. Their place and them, both are warm and lovely!

Excellent apartment with incredible views, we had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Rourke was responsive and helpful, and sorted the small issue with no hot water in the apartment quickly. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to be located relatively close to Patong but away from the crowds. Amazing!

Host very friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who made the handover. Cameras are available for your own safety. Unfortunately, also in the pool area. But on request and desire, the cameras were turned away from the pool area, which protected privacy. The neighboring house has a camera that can record something in the sitting area by the pool. Otherwise very satisfied. Host was also able to recommend a good rental for a car. However, the location is somewhat "outside." You'd need a car or a scooter. Grab/taxi is, of course, also an option. Highly recommend a stay here for your vacation or travel in Phuket, Alexandre the host was always responsive and respectfully. The property is as listed on the photos and is very beautiful and private with an amazing indoor pool and beach access right infront . The place is wonderful, cozy and spotless, just like on the pictures. The bed was very comfy and the couch as well! Sasi is very nice and responsive, always willing to help us out. We loved everything about our stay and we can definitely recommend it!

Absolutely loved this place. The host Jennifer is extremely communicative and helpful. Make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s super accommodating. Make sure we have lots of recommendations in terms of restaurants things to do. I will definitely be booking this Airbnb again and recommending to others. Amazing experience 10 out of 10.

The villa is a bit worn, but matches the photos exactly. It had everything I needed except a washing machine. The location is peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to Bang Tao and everything else when needed. The pool is cool, deep enough, and private thanks to high walls with no prying neighbors. The weekly service team handles everything - cleaning, pool, garden, linens - in under 15 minutes. I never saw a single ant inside, which is great in this area and made it easy to relax about food storage. No need to bother about utility bills either, which is also a plus. The local cafe offers an all-day breakfast menu along with great lunch options, but it closes early (5 PM), though there are other fantastic options within walking distance and many are listed on food delivery apps as well. Diego was always available if I needed anything and helped a lot during my stay. Overall, it’s a solid option for a long stay and good value. I’ll be staying longer.

Very nice villa, looked like the photos. Great value and in a quiet location! The host made sure to answer any questions quickly! Pool was amazing!

Even though there wasn’t much around the area, the apartment itself was wonderful, very spacious, clean, and had a beautiful sea view. The terrace was especially peaceful and perfect for relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay!

The surroundings were amazing , the stay was excellent, the convenience of having rental services nearby, tops daily or 7 eleven was a boon. The suite had everything we needed and more.We felt safe and felt like a home away from home.

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Great place to stay. Host is very responsive and suggested many nice places to visit. There’s a 7/11 very close to the house and a 24/7 tops also very near. View is beautiful. The massage place right under the building is also great.

Wow! We loved our stay at this beautiful condo overlooking Kata beach. Everything was excellent! Host was excellent and friendly and cleaning lady was so sweet too! What a fantastic first experience of Phuket! Selly went above and beyond to arrange airport transportation.

Had a great stay at Lucinda's place. Both Lucinda and Phum were very helpful and the apartment is as described. The location is great - it is quiet and still very close to the peak tourist spots when you want to access those. The resorts amenities are well mantained and restaurant is a pretty good choice when you don't want to venture out. Lucinda's guidebook with the instructions and reccomendations was very helpful. The massage place she reccomended is easily one of the best massages in town and very well priced! Phum was always there whenever we needed anything and provides great scooter rentals as well. Would gladly stay here again. Thanks Lucinda and Phum!

The host is the best since using airb&b. But if somebody concerns about street noise for overnight, no recommend. Also The wall between next door is very thin, so easy to hear the next door noisy.

The studio apartment was in The Deck Condominium, in the heart of Patong. Everything from the self check in to getting around was easy. There is a great pool at the condo as well. Bangla Rd, Simon Cabaret and everything else is super close to the condo. It didn’t take us over 15mins to reach any of the main spots around here. Hong was available throughout the stay and was glad to help us with all the queries. Definitely worth the money, will return back.
