The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

The place was amazing. The location is perfect and a great community. The host is very helpful, proactive and response. The property is same as seen in photos and is kept very clean and of high quality.

Niloy is Very responsive, helpful. it was a very pleasant stay. Property is at prime area, very near by to Calangute beach (just 8-10 mins walk). Niloy also suggested good local reference e.g. rented scooter, Taxi. I will definitely prefer to stay here again. Thanks Niloy for pleasant stay.

Evis' Joes's Haven is a new muse for us in North Goa. The apartment is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Saligao with 20 minute access to beaches like Candolim and Calangute. The apartment had all the amenities listed on Airbnb and was squeaky clean when we got there. It is spacious and airy with adequate space to store your belongings. The bathroom was clean and maintained. We could cook up and store our meals without any problem. Evis was very helpful in case we required any help. The housekeeper would turn up as required. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

so I have stayed at a lot of places in Goa I have been visiting Goa for the past 11 years and this by far is the best place that I have ever stayed in. I would love to actually buy this property but I can't because it is Stephanie, it's a really comfortable place, you will feel like staying more at home rather than going out for the parties and everything. Defo coming again;)

Raghav is a gem, he made our stay extremely comfortable by ease in checkin, quick communication, and accomodating changes. We felt right at home in his place, there were times in our stay where we just rested it out in the apartment over stepping out. The place is also tastefully done and we loved everything about it. Ahh where do I start! House is soooo beautiful that it takes you a second to absorb the beauty. It’s extremely clean with a breathtaking view. It’s exactly like the pictures. The host is very gracious and helpful. Would recommend it everyone especially girls travelling alone. It’s very safe. Definitely coming back soon.

I stayed only for a day and was mostly busy but was a very comfortable stay. Very smooth checkin. Good kitchen. Beautifully decorated property and good vibes. I would like to visit again but for a longer stay.
