This small one-room apartment with open kitchen is ideal choice for two people. It is located in the best place in Pärnu. City centre with its cafes and bars is just here, and sandy beach is a 15-minute walk through nice holiday area. Bus station is 10 minutes walk. A lovely park just behind the building! In the apartment there is well-equipped minikitchen, sofa bed (140 cm), Wi-Fi and desk for working. NB! Bathroom is very tiny and might be uncomfortable to use for bigger people.

We stayed with the children (1 and 4 years old) in this house for 2 days. We liked everything very much, and most of all the sunny terrace. The house is nice and clean! Everything you need is in the house!

Andrus was very responsive and helpful right from the start. Although the standard check-out time was 11 AM, he kindly offered us a late check-out at 4 PM for a small additional fee, which was perfect since my flight from Riga was in the next evening. The location was excellent—everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, shops, and a spa. The neighbors were friendly, and overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
