Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

Clean accommodation, linen available for everyone. The host warned us before arrival of a technical problem with the air conditioning but was very kind and provided us with two fans. Very clean house and quiet area! Recommended for those who pass through those parts even for one night as we did.

Had a short stay here on the way. Nice and quiet place to stay with plenty of parking and good amenities.

Impeccable accommodation and well cared for in every detail, from the photos we didn't even realize it was so beautiful. We needed to sleep near Reggio Emilia for a concert, the distance was felt, but given the availability and the beautiful apartment it was worth it. Simone was very helpful.

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

A fun unique stay! The team is amazing and very welcoming. The description is correct. There is a pretty good hike up to the tower and there are steep stairs. However, the team will help with luggage to the tower at check in and back to your car at check out. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice! I noticed the first night how fresh the bedding smelled. These things made the stay more home-like.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

We loved the design of the apartment & hosts’ hospitality. The backyard and the pool are wonderful! Recommend anyone staying here.

Great place ! I would highly recommend to anyone! The communication was excellent , the restoration was great with great quality of materials and furniture! The breakfast was amazing . Kudos to Miriam , she is amazing ! We will come back for sure !

We really enjoyed our stay at Riccardo's. A beautiful, renovated old building with lots of space. The little private garden that belonged to our flat was perfect for our dog. Fabiola was a great host that helped us with anything we needed. The village is a bit off the beaten track and you need a car to get around. It took only 20 minutes to drive into Modena - really worth a visit. We definitely recommend this airbnb :)

A 15-minute walk from the center of Parma, a half-hour drive from the RCF arena in Reggio Emilia. Clean house with all the comforts (air conditioning that cools the bathroom and bedroom!). Very helpful and welcoming host.

We really enjoyed the quiet und cozy cottage in Vignola! Perfect for a few days to explore the region and relax afterwards. The kitchen had everything you need to cook delicious italian meals. We highly recommend the winery Poli Stefano in the neighbourhood!
