Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

You can't beat our location with access to beaches, marinas, bike paths, Mt. Pisgah Dune boardwalk and more. The area is your playground! The guest suite offers a private entrance, two bedrooms (2 twins and a queen), a full bath, a sitting area with smart TV, coffee pot and mini-fridge and heat/AC in a superb location near the beaches.

Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!
