Vacation rentals with a patio in Paraza

I stayed at Chris’s place with my dad for 3 nights after heading up from Perpignan. The apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the train station and also a couple of minutes away from the main square, where there are ample restaurants. It wasn’t peak season so they weren’t always open but we still managed to get some great meals. The apartment is also about a 20 minute walk to the medieval city, which is great if you love a bit of history. The apartment itself is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony was great to sit out on and you can hear the organs playing from the church opposite. The apartment is on the street and cars going by can be loud, but Chris kindly left earplugs in the bedrooms to resolve this. We would definitely recommend Chris’s apartment and would love to stay again.

Tastefully renovated, spacious, clean and well-equipped apartment. Private parking in front of the apartment. Ideally located for tours in the hinterland. Close to shops, bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, local product shop (oils, honey). Alexandre is a very friendly and available host. We'll be happy to go back!

Right in the centre of Carcassonne yet the most peaceful / quiet place there is! I had a very lovely time at Barbara's, it felt like a mini-holiday despite staying for work purposes. I tried to find negatives to say but couldn't really find one! Both the apartment and the back-garden are really lovely, I will stay there again when I am next back in Carcassonne.

Very convenient apartment, perfectly located close to the Canal du Midi and the center of the village. Patrick and Annie have very well furnished this apartment which is very functional and very comfortable in addition to being beautifully decorated. My husband and I had a lovely stay and are ready to do it again.

The stay in Julie's apartment was really nice. It was literally two steps from the city of Carcassonne and we were very comfortable. Although it was only one day, I hope in the future there will be more and we can enjoy Carcassonne more.

Very good stay in Carcassonne with accommodation suitable for exploring the city! Everything is there, the rental, the calm, the amenities, the cleanliness and the kindness of the hosts! No complaints, we can only recommend seeing it or even going back The location offers very good access to shops, bakeries and restaurants To recommend 😉

We had a fantastic stay here - the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the medieval castle. It is so easy to step outside and soak in the atmosphere with charming alleyways, plenty of eateries (still some closed in mid-June), and little shops all around. Access to the castle and the walk along the wall (highly recommend) is just minutes away. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with great bathroom facilities and a fantastic outdoor area that we really enjoyed. We did have a bit of trouble finding it at first, but once we reread Marie's instructions it all made sense - be sure to look for Le Rendez-vous above the entrance door. Having free car parking was brilliant, and we didn’t mind the walk up to the apartment. We stayed one night, and found we had enough time to look around, we loved old Carcassonne and it is definitely worth visiting. It was a really memorable stay and we’d thoroughly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by Gaelle. The apartment is beautifully decorated with a very comfortable sofa, a large kitchen with everything you need and not to forget, the large terrace. We loved it and recommend it to everyone. We enjoyed the time in this wonderful accommodation very much.

We stayed at Claude's for 16 days in June. We immediately felt at home. Landlords were very reserved but immediately available when help was needed. - GREAT - It was very clean, also our request to use both bedrooms was not a problem. Claude and his wife are very helpful and pleasant. The accommodation was very quiet and in 30 minutes on foot the old town and in 15 minutes on foot the baker could be reached. The car could be parked directly in front of the entrance - very pleasant when loading and unloading. The area within a 100 km radius offers sooooooo much that you can hardly explore everything in time. The small pool is ideal for cooling off after excursions in the heat.

We had a pleasant stay at Eudora and Thomas's. We enjoyed the warm welcome from our hosts, who are adorable! The same goes for their pets :) Thank you again for your attention and recommendations. We really recommend staying there, especially if you want to discover the beautiful Hérault region, because the accommodation allows quick access to several attractions in the area: beaches, most beautiful villages in France, gorges, lake, etc. Finally, the accommodation is a real little cocoon, tastefully decorated, perfect for relaxing after our good days of sightseeing! The passage of a few trains nearby didn't bother us.

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

Very good stay in this small and tastefully decorated cottage Even if the village is not extraordinary ,it has charm with its square under the plane trees and the surroundings are rich in heritage and very didact hiking trails like the one in Albas The cottage was small but very well designed for the comfort of hosts

A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

Never given a 5 star review for everything before but Christophe deserves it hands down. Everything we needed was available in the property and Christophe supplied all the information from how to use to local attractions. He even visited to welcome us 😊. I would without hesitation recommend both Christophe and his lovely property and would rebook without a second thought.

The place is very nice for walking and relaxing, making it very touristy. Parking is usually nearby. Apartment very nicely renovated. Perfect for 4 people. In the photos (bedroom) larger than in reality. Unfortunately, too little storage (only 5 hangers) and drawers were occupied by bed linen, etc. Steep stairs. Veranda sufficient for 4 people. Unfortunately, no umbrella is available. Alison (cleaning assistant organized one for us.🫶🏻) "Mr. Dyson" lived with us in the living room….🥲 otherwise everything is good.

The apartment is lovely, with a very pretty garden. Self-contained with private entrance. We had everything we needed. Steve & Jane are very friendly, as is their gorgeous little dog. We will return!

Great place and unreserved recommendation. The cleanliness in the bathroom and bedroom was positive. Location is good for spending the evening. Even outside on the balcony, it was always very quiet. I'm sure we'll be back soon:)

Mr, Philip is very kind person and we enjoyed a lot at his house. beach view and near by restaurants are plus. he is quick and responsive. I like the beautiful plants and artistic view of him in designing small decorative things. we will visit again for sure. I recommend the place if especially someone interested to stay close to Narbonne Plage. best

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. Friendly host who is proud of his location. In the street, it was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

an atypical place like at home... everything is there to make you feel good... little touches that are superb intentions... happy surprises of kindness nestle everywhere... to be repeated i loved it
