Monthly Rentals in Parap

Emma’s place is perfectly positioned close to town and the airport, with Parap village only a couple of minutes walk away. It was very clean, comfortable and (importantly) easy to cool in the heat - with ceiling fans and aircon in both the living area and the bedroom. The bedroom has a nice king bed (plus a single) and the pool was a huge plus. The unit had everything we needed and we particularly appreciated the laundry facilities. The family live above but are terrific hosts and totally respect guest privacy. Secure off-street parking is available or you can just park on the street right out the front if you’re terrible at reversing like me! We really enjoyed our stay and would very highly recommend Emma’s place if you’re visiting Darwin.

stunning, homely very comfortable and very local to Parap. Cameron and Teresa are the perfect welcoming hosts allowing my fur friend a quiet place to recoup after surgery and nothing was too much bother. we both loved the homely feels, so nice highly recommended

Accommodation is lovely. Location is fantastic near to beach and small shopping centre. Kelly and family where amazing, even found us a couple of cold beers when we arrived late
