Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Paramount

Having an assigned parking space was a great benefit! The apartment is peaceful and comfortable. Having Trader Joe’s just a few feet away made shopping very easy. Thanks, Eric, for being such a great host.

An overall nice experience! The home is in a safe neighborhood and near to many tourist spots. Glad to use the garage that comes with the home, solved our headaches with parking!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in. Beautiful and beautifully maintained apartment with just the right balance of original charm and updated finishings; situated in an incredibly lovely neighborhood that's a quick walk to the beach and nearly everything else you need; spacious patio *and* a little balcony on which to soak up the sun and your coffee or a sunset and wine. Pamela, the host, was communicative, friendly, generous, and thoughtful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you, Pamela!

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

This was one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. Jan was friendly and left several extra ammenities inside the home. The location was in a safe and walkable location. The outside seating areas were inviting and relaxing. My stay was very enjoyable and I will be returning when I am in the area again.

Anna was so sweet. People do rent out the front house, so only twice was parking a little eh, but the place and Anna were great! Super easy to get to with her instructions. She was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend

Alexandra really cared about it our family and made sure everything was convenient and smooth. Traveling with little kids to see family is tough so having someone like Alexandra was super helpful. Plus the place is a gem! It’s close to everything, inside is very clean and has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable!!

My family and I just needed a place to stay for the night for a party nearby and it was a great stay for the price and neighborhood. They had all the amenities and the house was spacious and really nice indoors and outdoors. Everyone was satisfied with our stay and really enjoyed staying there over a hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom house. The place was clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. The shower was absolutely amazing with great water pressure and very relaxing. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the other amenities were just as described. A great place to stay, and I’d definitely recommend it!

Really cute home, all renovated. Comfortable. The AC we used it a little but realized with the ceiling fans and windows we didnt need. Lots of restaurants and coffee areas quick driving. There's a park behind the house. Be ready for looking for parking but its California which its expected. The host is nice and very responsive, A+ Thank you! Highly recommended

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. Super beautiful and comfortable home stay there with 6 people ,for our trip to Disney ! Pretty close to Disneyland ! The hosts were quick at responding and very responsible. Would definitely stay again.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

The stay was very comfortable & homey. Great kitchen & living room space. Big bedroom with washer and dryer. Much bigger in person than it looks on the app. I recommend this play for a quiet getaway & subtle experience. Very quiet and peaceful, plus the hosts were great. Very responsive and proactive, answered any and all questions I had quickly.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
