Artepalermo is a Bed and Breakfast apartment in the heart of the historic centre of Palermo on the top floor of an old, renovated house, without lift and surrounded by lanes, churches, markets, washing, squares and terraces. You will live in the house of an artist and you can visit her studio. Your room is more than 25 square metres, it has a double and a single bed, a sofa, a bureau and a balcony. There is also a shared sitting room, a roof terrace, another atmospheric little terrace and a kitchen where guests can also cook. You will have a private bathroom, but it is not in the room itself. The furniture and the style of the apartment are basic with an artistic touch. It Is not luxurious! There is free quick unlimited internet( fibre). As we are really in the heart of the centre you can walk within a few minutes to the food markets, supermarkets, flea markets, shops, restaurants, musea, port and parcs. It is less than 5 minutes walking to the sea! The train station is at 10 minutes walking. In case you come by car (but you don't need it here) : you cannot go into the old centre without a special pass ( the ZTL). But you can park on the Foro Italico (near Porta Felice is the nearest). If somebody asks you money, give him maximum 1 or 2 euros. We are a Dutch woman, a Tunisian man and a Sicilian dog. We speak English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Arabic

The apartment is located in the Albergheria district, near the Ballarò market, where you can enjoy typical cuisine and street food. You will be in a central location, about 500 meters from the Cathedral and the Central Station. The area is equipped with all services, shops and means of transport. The apartment is equipped with appliances, linens, television, Wifi and all comforts. For stays longer than 7 nights we offer the change of all necessary linens.

Canceddi Rooms is a short walk from Palermo Cathedral and the Capo Market. The property has three bedrooms with private bathroom and a common living area. The Firrìo room consists of a double bed, a private bathroom inside the room, a window with balcony and a courtesy kit is provided upon your arrival. Linens are changed from the third night and full cleaning is provided for long stays (from 7 nights onwards).

I live in the most lively and popular part of the historical centre of Palermo, exactly at the beginning of the famous Ballartò Market, in a large flat with a fumoir with oriental decorations from the early decades of the 20th century. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.
