Excellent stay, very well located accommodation, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie upon arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back over a longer period

Joyceline's place is located on a huge property above Lodève, with lots of trees and meadow. A fantastic unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains inspired us every day. A nice pool is located at the landlady's house, but that does not bother us, as she always keeps discreetly in the background and we did not feel disturbed. We have implemented almost all of your excursion tips, they were great destinations, all within 1/2 to one hour by car.

We had a very pleasant quiet weekend in this little house by the canal, while being close to the center of Palavas. The terrace is lovely! We took advantage of the canoes and paddleboards available. Gregory was very welcoming.

Everything was perfect. Being there for a trade show, I didn't take advantage of the environment (restaurants, shopping...) so I can't comment on that. But I would really recommend this rental, the hosts were very friendly and the apartment was impeccable

Perfect accommodation, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if there are any questions. The accommodation was clean, well arranged, the air conditioning and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are nearby. i would fully recommend

An unforgettable stay right on the beach We had a wonderful time in this fantastically located house right by the sea. The location is really the best of the best – after the promenade you stand directly with your feet in the sand. It doesn't get any better! The house itself was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – you can immediately tell that attention to detail is paid here. The personal greeting by our host, who welcomed us warmly and immediately provided us with great recommendations for the region, was particularly nice. An absolute highlight of our stay was the private tour of a nearby menade organized by the host. This exclusive experience was not only informative, but also incredibly charming and authentic – a real experience that we will never forget! We would come back back. Clear recommendation for those looking for relaxation, proximity to the sea and personal service!

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Beautiful apartment, beautiful terrace on Carnon beach. Great bedding and furniture. Underground parking space. All within walking distance. I would recommend it 100%.

Lovely family stay- great location- kind host!

Rented early June and on sale, the apartment totally met our expectations and beyond. The owner made the wise choice to entrust his property to a concierge service and it shows. Everything is there to make you feel at home, coffee, tea towel, plenty of cooking utensils, unlimited toilet paper, impeccable cleanliness, great!

The welcome is very friendly. Thanks to SOPHANI, very efficient. Still happy with the accommodation we had already occupied in January 2024. The apartment is spacious, well arranged and clean in terms of dishes, living rooms and comfortable bedding. The nice thing is that everything can be done on foot. Shops nearby, not to mention the beach a few meters away. The terrace is spacious and bright which allows us not to necessarily go to the beach.

We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the property. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded kindly and quickly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a toddler. You can also quickly get to shopping and Montpellier from the property by car (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would love to come again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

The apartment is conveniently located on the seafront, close to shops, restaurants, parks, children's games. Very bright thanks to its large bay windows overlooking a beautiful terrace. Between the apartment and the terrace, a great feeling of space. Having a spacious garage was also much appreciated. Isabelle is a very responsive, accommodating host, her information was very clear for our arrival (being greeted at the entrance of the residence by the concierge, Mr. Catalan, marked the beginning of a great extended weekend). A wonderful experience for which we thank Isabelle.

It is bathed in light and the terrace is spacious and comfortably furnished. Everything is on foot, the location is ideal. I recommend +++, we will come back.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! New building, both quiet thanks to double glazing and yet 5 min from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I would recommend it!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Excellent stay. Complete apartment, sufficient and above all everything is accessible without a car. Lots of amenities next door and restaurants. Beach 5 min walk and it's quiet and clean.
