Beachfront vacation rentals in Palavas-les-Flots

Our group had a great stay at Charlotte's place. The apartment is great for a group of 6-9 people, large open kitchen-eating area and two full bathrooms is a huge help! It is across the road from the beach, and there is a buvette and corner store within walking distance (10 minutes by foot). It's well situated in between Port Carnon and La Grande Motte, both about a 12-15euro uber where there are lots of great restaurants. The apartment was quiet, great for sleeping, and so lovely to wake up and have the balcony for your morning coffee. Charlotte was super responsive and helpful leading up to the trip. And for clean up, the bins are just across the road so super easy to take down any rubbish, recycling and glass. Absolutely recommend! Thank you Charlotte!

Excellent stay, very well located accommodation, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie upon arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back over a longer period

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

We were very well hosted by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The place was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was right in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid bringing in too much sand, that was great. Private parking as well. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Short 3-night stay in early June 2025 at Marie's with my 2-year-old son. Everything went well, the accommodation is extremely well-equipped and very well-located without being too close to tourist areas. It was perfect for us. Delighted with our little weekend at the seaside, which only aimed to spend a few days away from home and go shell picking.

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture… We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a great host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

We were greeted by Damien, a very friendly and pleasant person. The apartment is true to the description on the listing, very functional, nicely decorated and fully equipped. We felt right at home! We really appreciated the fact that everything is provided, linens, kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar...) and hygiene products. Perfect location especially for the beach. Very close to Montpellier. Immaculately clean on arrival. Check in and check out very easy. We visited with our 1 1/2 year old and found it very suitable (we did move a few beautiful ornaments out of their reach!). We loved the balcony. We loved our stay!

Perfect stay in this spacious apartment with a great view of the sea, the canal, the lighthouse and the city of Palavas. Very well-equipped, with the advantage of the elevator and access to shops and the beach just below. We'll be back!

Our stay in the depths of winter was brightened by the warm setting of this pied-à-terre, which is very well located 2 steps from the cheese maker, the Poisson Bleu and the greengrocer for the taste buds, open to the sea and the heart of the port: EXTRA. Bucolic view of the bell tower and tiled roofs when you get out of bed through the large bay of the studio, spacious, very comfortable, extremely well thought out. Inspiring. Thanks Simon, it was just perfect. Thanks also for our exchanges, tips and good spots to visit. I'll add a special mention for the ultra comfortable sofa bed, for which I'd like the reference as a gift. It's a real bed!!!! ♥️ That of the living room tables and console? Found it!! We loved it.

Beautiful apartment! spacious, bright, very large terrace. Great location. The parking space is really a plus knowing that all parking spaces are for a fee. Just maybe add a few orange glasses and a water pot:)
