The studio apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, a microwave, a coffee machine, a mini fridge, TV and free Wi-Fi for all our guests! From Laura's Suite you can quickly get to all the most important sites in Naples. 20 meters away there is a tourist bus stop, and the property is less than 400 meters from the metro, ideal for getting around!

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

In Villam is a newly built apartment where each area is extremely stylish and modern. You can also take advantage of an outdoor area for pet and a baby cot is available on request. In Villam è un appartamento di nuova costruzione, ogni angolo è arredato con estremo gusto ed eleganza. Potrete usufruire di un'area esterna dedicata agli animali domestici e su richiesta vi sarà fornita anche una culla per neonati.inoltre sarà possibile organizzare gite in barca per Capri e la costiera Amalfitana

The Holiday Home is located in a secure private residence, a few steps from the center of Pompeii and the archaeological excavations and the Sanctuary and the main means of transport. The Holiday Home inaugurated in May 2023 is equipped with private covered parking and a common garden. Inside the house you will find all the main comforts including a complete functional kitchen and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and dryer, you can also dry on the terrace in the open air.

Arteteca 4 is a new and welcoming apartment perfect for spending a pleasant and comfortable holiday. In the house you will find free fast wifi, towels, equipped kitchen, balcony, fridge, breakfast products, iron and much more. Located between the station, the airport and the historic center, it will be easy to reach the main centers of historical and cultural interest in Naples and its surroundings such as Pompeii, Sorrento and the islands of Ischia, Capri, Procida.

Entire apartment of about 66 square meters, independent, located on the street level of a two-story mini building. The apartment consists of a living room that also serves as a bedroom, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower equipped with all amenities. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including TV, internet, independent heating, and a hairdryer. The apartment is bright and equipped with double windows and therefore very quiet.
