Newly renovated two bedroom cottage in the peaks. Sitting on the trans Pennine trail, Longdendale trail and near to the Pennine way, it’s ideally located for walkers and cyclists. Backing onto a little wooded area and 5 reservoirs, it’s a perfect location for a holiday in the countryside. There are two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A kitchen with everything you could ever need and a spacious bathroom.

The cottage has everything you need including a great welcome pack of provisions which was much appreciated. Lovely comfortable bed and pillows. This place is so beautiful, it’s a real treat. Claire is a great host couldn’t have asked for better. There’s nothing she’s missed. It’s so beautifully clean, we had a beautiful hamper, she even gave us gluten free and diary free items which was amazing. Claire also sent us lots of places to go and places to eat which was great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Five stars all the way⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sian is a lovely host, who is very easy to get ahold of and left us a lot of things to use. She also had a very easy set of instructions on how to use everything and everything was very clear and laid out nicely. She had also provided us with an itinerary of things we could do local to us if we wanted. Overall 10/10 experience I highly recommend.

Booth Farm - Small party rental

We loved our stay at Booth Farm. It is spacious, warm and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay. Beautifully furnished and comfortable beds. The surrounding countryside is quintessentially English and there is a lovely homely pub walking distance away. Duncan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming and have worked hard to make Booth Farm a wonderful place to stay. And they rescue horses, so they are special people too. We wish them lots of luck in their future endeavours and would certainly recommend this lovely Airbnb.
