Janjira's property exceeded our expectations! The place was spotless clean, and the pool area was perfect for cooling off during the hot afternoons. The location was premium—close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets—yet tucked away on a quiet side street, free from traffic and noise. Communication with the host was flawless, and their recommendations were spot-on. The property itself felt premium, with all the amenities we needed. We will definitely book again!

We were staying 27March-6April, amazing host and stuff, very polite, positive and super helpful. Always in touch, very fast in terms of response and actions in case we needed smth. The house was truly great, very clean and tidy. Pool is quite big with clean water and pool towels. Villa was fully equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation with no fuss, the only thing we were missing is a dishwash machine in the kitchen. There also was a grill area outside the villa. Also I need to mention chef Jason, the food he made was absolutely delicious, you can not only use the predefined menu but select your own dishes and he will cook it for you. The prices were very friendly keeping in mind the level of quality and taste. Surin beach is 10 minutes walk from the villa, all the shops are in walkable distance, pharmacies and some decent cafes as well. So in general great place, definitely worth to come back and stay again. Thank you very much Florian and Cynthia for your hospitality!

We stayed for a week at Piotr’s villa and had wonderful time. The view of mountains is spectacular. The villa is clean and spacious. Piotr is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a peaceful and quiet place.

I had an amazing stay at this private villa in Rawai, Thailand. The villa was just as described — clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The private pool was a definite highlight — well-maintained and perfect for cooling off anytime. It was so convenient to just walk across and enjoy the ocean views or dine at the fantastic beachside restaurants. The food, the atmosphere, and the sunsets made every evening special. The neighborhood was peaceful yet close to local shops, cafes, and everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside escape in southern Phuket. Would love to stay here again!

This was, by far, the BEST Airbnb place we have stayed in ! This is luxury at the N power. Beautiful villa with a nice swimming pool and little details like a built-in speaker system that made us feel like we were in a 10-star hotel. Lots of room in an architectural style that will leave you in awe. We HIGHLY recommend this stay, you’ll love it !! And we will come back, FOR SURE !

The hosts and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to check in a bit earlier than the usual time. Host very friendly and helpful. In particular, the lady who made the handover. Cameras are available for your own safety. Unfortunately, also in the pool area. But on request and desire, the cameras were turned away from the pool area, which protected privacy. The neighboring house has a camera that can record something in the sitting area by the pool. Otherwise very satisfied. Host was also able to recommend a good rental for a car. However, the location is somewhat "outside." You'd need a car or a scooter. Grab/taxi is, of course, also an option. The house was simply wonderful. We stayed with my family for a week and everything was clean and tidy. The price was very affordable, the villa was extremely luxurious and comfortable, and it was within walking distance to everywhere in Kamala. The host and the staff helped with everything. The pool was bigger than the photo. I definitely recommend it. We stayed as 5 families and it was very good in terms of privacy. Thank you.

It was a beautiful experience living in this Villa it was beautiful quiet and peaceful I enjoyed the pool a lot also the kitchen have everything you need last but not last our host Mikhail was so nice and very helpful

Overall, our stay was good. The location was very convenient and felt safe as well. Prapa was very responsive and helpful in accommodating me and my guest. She even offered to have the cleaners come in when I noticed some worms in the toilet. Overall, I would highly recommend this place, especially for large traveling groups!

We had a wonderful stay of 9 nights at Bangtao Sweet Home. Our host was extremely helpful and looked after us like family. She even assisted us in booking a trip. She arrived when we arrived to show us everything and we were offered a taxi from the airport. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with many cute cafes around. We particularly enjoyed walking around 20 mins to the closest beach clubs. The location of sweet home was ideal as it’s near the west side of the island where you can see a beautiful sunset over the sea. We truly felt looked after on this trip, and we would recommend to all. It is very private and secure. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very relaxing. We found this place to be the perfect size for two people. When we took a taxi out and about we would recommend to have it picked up from the road rather than the apartment as it’s quite difficult for the car to get to, unless it you are using a motorbike. Thank you for a lovely trip! We can’t wait to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. We had such a great time staying at this villa. It’s big, beautifully designed, and perfect for a big family or group of friends. Everything was super clean, and the master bedroom (especially the bathroom) was really spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we loved having a big TV and fast internet for when we just wanted to chill. The private pool was amazing—we spent a lot of time just hanging out at the villa because it was so nice. The location is also super convenient: easy to find, only about 10 minutes from the beach, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. Oleg was a great host—very responsive and helpful. He gave us lots of good tips about places to eat and things to do around Phuket. We even got a little gift and a thank-you card, which was such a sweet touch. I actually started recommending this villa to my friends while we were still staying there—that’s how much we enjoyed it. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance to visit.

The villa was amazing and had all amenities! We really enjoyed the pool too. The place was beautiful, spacious and very clean. The housekeeper Goi was sweet and very helpful. She gifted us fresh sweet mangoes on our last day there! Overall an amazing stay and experience, would definitely want to stay there the next time we visit the area

The stay was very pleasant! In the evenings, there were some insects, but that’s completely normal when living in this kind of environment. The house has a lot of charm and a cozy atmosphere. All the amenities were exactly as described. Cleaning was done daily. The area is very peaceful. Keep in mind that getting around usually requires a means of transport like a scooter or a car, as many places are a bit of a distance away and the terrain is quite hilly. Aside from that, the property has its own unique vibe. Highly recommended!

Location is right near beach, many nice restaurants and food stalls just a few steps away. The pool was a great refresher after a day at the beach. The only downside for us is the beds are extremely firm.
