Apeiron II Villa - Sunny, Modern, Pool - walk to Gaios

Apeiron Villas are two separate villas that can also be booked as one complex. Each villa has its own infinity swimming pool overseeing the Ionian Pelago, a large external living room by the pool with a magnificent view as well as a dining table covered by a white bamboo pergola. Olive trees, lemon trees, jasmine plants, and bougainvilleas surround the two traditionally built villas. Each villa has two floors. The ground floor comprises of the living room, the kitchen and the first double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This bedroom consists of two single COCOMAT mattresses that can be brought together. Going up the stairs, the second double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom can be found. This second bedroom has a double COCOMAT mattress. A large balcony on the 1st floor oversees the Ionian Pelago. The living room has a large built sofa which can accommodate a fifth person. The living room and the two bedrooms are equipped with inverter A/C units while the two bedrooms also have ceiling fans. The living room has a fireplace as well as a TV. It is possible to rent it together with a separate cottage for 2 extra people

This holiday villa is private and quiet offering superb sea views from house and verandah. The villa provides a well equipped kitchen with an uncluttered open plan living connected to the front terrace with patio doors. Nestled amongst the Olive trees but only a 5 minute drive to Gaios it offers convenience and relaxation. The spacious verandah hosts a built in BBQ, plenty of sun lounging space and a traditional rock pergola with an outdoor lounge area you can stretch out in and unwind.

A traditional stone house. Neradu House.

Neraduhouse is a beautiful old stone ground floor house in the traditional village of Fanariotatika. It is the third in a row fully independent house in a renovated complex of three houses of Villa Callista, Rasalu house and Neraduhouse and is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. It was completely renovated in 2022 with the aim of remaining as it was 200 years ago.
