The "chicken house"

The chicken house is located in the middle of the beautiful permagar, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhupten. Gabi and Guido live here their dream of independence and want to expand the farm in a sustainable and tedious way. For example, the walls and ceiling of the chicken house have been made from the more than 200-year-old floorboards of the main house. The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed lying area 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel cot for 3rd person if necessary. Both are not possible at the same time.Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. High chair will be provided if needed.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beautiful apartment 2 in new wooden house 100m to the lake

In the morning run to the lake in swimsuits and swim a small round, then enjoy breakfast in the sunshine on the balcony and then spend the day in the beach 2min away. In the evening, stroll into the beautiful old town of Überlingen and then end the evening on the balcony. It could look something like this, a holiday in our holiday apartment directly on Lake Constance.
