Holiday Appartement Rüland

Nice one-room-appartement with a terrace in the middle of the village but surrounded by green meadows. You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed lying area 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel cot for 3rd person if necessary. Both are not possible at the same time.Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. High chair will be provided if needed.

My accommodation is centrally located, "Neue Mitte“, in Überlingen, just 850 meters from the historic old town and the train station, the lake can be reached on foot in about 11-15 minutes. Various shopping facilities are available within a radius of 150 metres. A car parking space is available free of charge directly at the house, to the bus stop it is only 100 meters. The DG apartment has: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 living-kitchen with 1 sofa bed.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Welcome to our 2nd home. Hidden away in the village of the old town of Ueberlingen. You can have a quiet and relaxing time as well as the opportunity to enjoy the busy and bustling city with it's lovely cobbled streets, the market place, the lake with ice cream parlours, restaurants and pubs.
