Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Lakefront paradise

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Spacious apartment in the guest house of the former Hotel Heidenhöhlen (on the 2nd floor) with sunset terrace. Unique view of Lake Überling with the rock formation of the former heath caves in the foreground. Located only 40 meters from the lake and the entrance to the new Uferpark West, on the edge of the landscape reserve. Lake Constance-Therme is a 10-minute walk away. Full equipped kitchen and 50" TV. Therme train station is 1 km away, bus stop is right in front of the house.

Enjoy an unforgettable stay overlooking Lake Constance in Sipplingen. On foot you are within 5 minutes of the water and the first restaurant. Sipplingen has a beautiful beach bar and several restaurants. On the waterfront, there is a paddle board rental and a beach volleyball court. Towels, hairdryer, bed linens, hot air fryer, coffee maker, fridge-freezer are available in the accommodation. The garden is completely fenced. Important: absolutely non-smoking apartment!

Apartment on the first floor with separate entrance and private terrace. Our facility is decorated in modern and country house style. You have a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, a large bathroom with walk-in shower. In the apartment is a large bedroom with a double bed in the size 180/200. In addition, in the area of the living room, there is a pull-out couch with the dimensions 140/200. All our beds are equipped with toppers. Towels on site.

Our apartment OASE LEBENSKUNST is quietly, idyllically and yet centrally located with its own garden. We are about 400 meters away from the attractive Lake Constance thermal spa and Westbad, about 500 meters from the Therme train station and about 800 meters from the city center.
