This is a truly cozy 27-square-meter (290-square-foot) cottage with a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, as well as a 29-square-meter (310-square-foot) veranda with a magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on a private property (5,000 sqm) in the beautiful village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, 10 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg. There are nice walking paths along Lake Siljan nearby, both summer and winter.

In the beautiful, quiet village of Åkerö in Leksand, there is family-friendly accommodation, the cottage. The village is opposite Leksand's center on the other side of the river. You live near Siljan with walking distance to Ejendals Arena, Solvända (beach promenade), swimming, shopping center. Sommarland is about 4 km away. In addition, from the shopping center, buses go to Sommarland. Walking distance to bus stop to Dalhalla. Granberget's slalom slope and cross-country ski trails are about 15 minutes by car. Tomteland is about 30 minutes by car.

NOTE: The week after Midsummer, we are baling hay, so there is a lot of activity on the farm and, if necessary, a large drying fan will also be running during the day from about 9 AM to 6 PM. Cozy cottage near Siljan with its own terrace. Located in a quiet area and a bit away from the main building. The cottage has two floors. On the lower floor, a very small kitchen and dining area with space for four and a fireplace. Upstairs, there are two wall-mounted single beds and a 140 cm wide sofa bed. It is about 5 km to Tällberg and 7 km to Leksand. There is space to park a car next to the cottage in the yard. The shower and toilet have a separate entrance on the lower floor. Cleaning is not included.

Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.
