The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor, with the bedroom & ensuite bathroom upstairs (there is a cloakroom downstairs) There is not designated parking, but there is on street parking in New Street< Dunstan Avenue and the New Street public car park is a 2 minute walk away. Normally I am around to welcome you and show you around The Loft. If I am away, there is a key pad to enter the building and a key box to let you into the apartment. The apartment is in Chipping Norton, a pretty Cotswold working town surrounded by glorious countryside. It's close to award-winning pubs, Soho Farmhouse and Daylesford, and is within 10 minutes of 3 festivals: Cornbury, Wilderness, and Feastival. Chipping Norton is connected to Oxford & Banbury by the bus. The nearest mainline station is Kingham, which has regular trains from London (Paddington). This is a 5 minute drive away.

On the first floor is a good sized bathroom with a powerful shower and a bedroom with a king bed. On the top floor is an open plan bedroom & bathroom with free standing bath and a superking bed. Throughout the house is exposed Cotswold stone giving you that authentic feel.

The bathroom features a tiled wall and floor design in neutral tones. A combination shower bath is equipped with both a ceiling-mounted rain shower and a handheld shower head. A gold-framed mirror adorns the wall, adding a touch of elegance to the space.

Ideal for dogs with a secure rear garden, patio and seating area and a perfect location for countryside walks. Within easy reach of Diddly Squat, the Cotswold Gin Distillery, Daylesford, Blenheim palace and Soho Farmhouse. Please note: The staircase is quite steep due to the age of the property, so we do not recommend that small children stay here.

What a beautiful cottage, perfect location. Chris and Gemma were amazing hosts and helped me out within minutes of me misplacing my key! Mission impossible style on a motorcycle 😂 We really loved the little personal touches of homemade butter and eggs upon arrival. The dogs were catered for and the hosts couldn’t do enough to help us with local recommendations! The cottage itself tastefully done with all the original features and lovely decor - Thank you we definately will be back 😀

This little cottage really was like a home away from home. Claire’s communication of how to find the cottage and how to check in was super clear and made things so simple. She also gives loads of information about local hotspots to visit, taxi companies and local eateries which was super handy as we didn’t know the area. Perfect little spot if you’re looking to visit Diddly Squat Farm and the Farmer’s Dog (our main reason for visiting), but also perfect for taking day trips to Oxford (park and ride only half an hour’s drive away) or other Cotswold towns and villages like Bourton-on-the-water (would definitely recommend visiting). Overall, would definitely recommend. I was sad to be leaving the peace and tranquility behind!

lovely place, would happily stay again, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay, fan provided too, (much appreciated in 30° weather) parking is the only minor downfall (long wheel based van, so naomi offered us a more suitable place to park our van ) but I dont see the parking to be an issue for majority of cars.
