Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Oulu

The apartment is just great! Everything was as described and brand-new! An additional plus are the parking garage and the sauna in the bathroom. The communication with Laura was easy and proactive. She sent very helpful instructions upfront. We highly recommend this apartment!

Extremely clean and functional spaces. Good level of equipment in every way. The bathroom had soaps, shampoos, and other basic cosmetics products. The host was well in advance about the practicalities, and all communication was very good. The dog was away and there are nice jogging spots nearby. Strongly recommend!

Really nice, tidy apartment! A short walk to the center. Camilla also recommended a nice breakfast place. We left the car in the yard of a nearby store (with a 2h disc) because parking in the hall sounded like a challenge (for a rather unaccustomed driver :)

We spent a lovely week at Meri's place in Oulu. The apartment is absolutely lovely with well appointed kitchen, unique interiors, wonderful sauna (which we enjoyed many times during our stay) and many thoughtful touches for a comfortable stay for Meri's guests. The apartment has a private patio and fenced-in yard. If you like to run or walk there great walkways and trails. There is a grocery store very close-by and also a bus station that makes trips to the city center easy. The bus system in Oulu runs frequently and reliably, so you can enjoy a quiet suburban and private home setting, but at the same time have an easy access to city center restaurants and shops. Meri was very kind and very helpful and answered promptly any questions we had about the location and transportation. The apartment was clean and welcoming and I can highly recommend Meri as a host and we hope to have another stay here. Thank you Meri!

Great apartment in a good location in Oulu. Very clean condition and with all the amenities. There's a good shop nearby, as well as several restaurants.

The house was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. Communicating with Ann was easy, she was very friendly and helpful. A Neurosonic diva, a good coffee maker, and a home theater added a little luxury. The beds, towels, and linens were all of good quality. Special plus for comfortable extra mattresses. The only minor minus was the weak sound insulation. The upstairs bedroom was only separated from the kitchen and living room by thick curtains and trim, there were no actual walls and door at all. However, this was a small thing for a great stay. Big thanks to Ann, I highly recommend the place!

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. We had a very pleasant stay. We really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, and the location was conveniently close to the city center. The host was very friendly and responded quickly. We can definitely recommend this place if you're planning to stay in Oulu.

Spacious and cozy apartment. It was well entertained for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 children and 2 cats. Basic cleaning well done, comfortable beds ready. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Small repairs (sauna door punch) and refinement cleaning (kitchen appliances, oven, under couch cushions) would have a tenth bed. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer.

Riitta's apartment is a lovely place to stay, very cozy and well-equipped. Riitta is a great host, very helpful and friendly; she proactively sent detailed instructions with maps and photos showing how to get inside - really appreciated. And most importantly, it is a comfortable place to spend some time. A few things have been updated since the photos (e.g. bed and TV); the bed is very nice. As this is her own home, it has everything you will need including some cooking ingredients available for guests' use, and it is expected that guests leave the place cleaned ready for the next guest or for her return - completely reasonable. And she has spent the time to write an extensive local guide with her reviews of places to go in Oulu (with some honest humour about which places are "not very chic" or "full of Nokia engineers"!). The location is very convenient and central, very close to the railway station and a short walk from many shops and restaurants. I'd gladly return for a longer stay.

The accommodation was even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos! The rooms were personal and beautiful and everything, including flowers, was prepared for us. The accommodation is well-equipped, really neat and in an insanely beautiful place by the sea, but in a sheltered yard. Mari was a perfect host and always responded quickly and super kindly, everything was arranged with her without complications! We bathed in a stunning seascape, amazing steam baths in a tree sauna. The whole yard and the setting were beautiful and well maintained, you could have stayed here for as long as you wanted!
