Bed linen and towels are included. The apartment has a basic set of dishes for two. Air conditioner installed on July 19, 2024 to ease the heat 160cm wide bed, extra mattress available. Garage parking available for a separate fee, check availability in advance.

The location of the house and the landscape along the Kiiminkijoki river is beautiful and it is a short distance to the services in the village center. The accommodation is particularly excellent for a former local who wants to spend time in the familiar home region of Kiiming instead of the center of Oulu.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. Comfortable little cottage. Very suitable for 2 people and a dog. If you want peace and independence, I recommend. The outdoor sauna was good. The hot water system only worked moderately, so there was no “hot” water.

A place to stay of the right size for a couple. All the basic needs were found and the place was in really neat condition. Quiet location a short drive from Oulu's services. I recommend it!

The accommodation worked well for me and my two dogs. It was really easy to deal with Jarno. The place was clean and it was easy to do business.

Amazing stay in the Oulu River

We visited Oulu for 2 nights to dj at a conference. Lippo was a really nice host. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us of after our stay, even while we arrived late. The House is very spacious and clean and has everything you need. This is how an AirBNB should look like and feel like! thanks Lippo!!
