Clean and new apartment. It was easy to find and free Parking nearby. Very clear instructions from Johannes. All the needed amenities for studio apartment. Small details like fan, phone charger and drying rack was good addition. For the price there can't be better accomodation.

We had a lovely stay. Apartment was perfect for 3 persons, especially since there are two toilets and a cozy living room. It was great.

Great apartment in a great location. Close to the city center and Hupisaari parks, but still a quiet area. The huge (approx. 60 m2) and well-equipped balcony/terrace is certainly a wonderful experience during the summer and really gives the apartment the opportunity to spend time in the fresh air. The apartment was clean and functional for two adults.

The accommodation was even more beautiful and comfortable than in the photos! The rooms were personal and beautiful and everything, including flowers, was prepared for us. The accommodation is well-equipped, really neat and in an insanely beautiful place by the sea, but in a sheltered yard. Mari was a perfect host and always responded quickly and super kindly, everything was arranged with her without complications! We bathed in a stunning seascape, amazing steam baths in a tree sauna. The whole yard and the setting were beautiful and well maintained, you could have stayed here for as long as you wanted!

We stayed in Mervi's apartment in Oulu for the weekend and had a great time. Communicating with Merv was friendly and smooth, we got answers to our questions and inquiries quickly, and overall, there was a lot of flexibility in terms of accommodation both on arrival and departure. The apartment was already charming based on the photos, but it really delighted us with its comfort and functionality. The details were taken into account nicely, making the apartment a really pleasant accommodation, in addition to which the apartment was practical, offering all the amenities you need for a weekend stay. We will be happy to be Mervi's tenants again as long as we visit Oulu again and we can warmly recommend the place to other travelers.

Everything is going as good as it was before

Close to downtown, quiet area, good facilities

Spacious and cozy apartment. It was well entertained for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 children and 2 cats. Basic cleaning well done, comfortable beds ready. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. Small repairs (sauna door punch) and refinement cleaning (kitchen appliances, oven, under couch cushions) would have a tenth bed. The washer worked well, but there was no dryer.

First I was little bit afraid, because of the railway, but its absolutely fine, very quiet. Apartment its not a fancy one, but its clean and you can find everything you need. After 2 month been there, feel like raelly at home. Good place

Convenient location right next to the supermarket. Oulu itself was a 10 minute drive away. House was clean, modern furnishings and ideal for 2 people. Definitely recommended!

I spent one month in the apartment and it was really comfortable. I had everything I needed. The rooms were nicely decorated and I felt really Home for the time being there. The desk and additional screen available made doing desk work in the AirBnB really good. The location was just perfect - most things in walking distance but also a bus stop right around the corner. I would definitely consider booking this apartment again!
