Staying in the retro house was nice and smooth and the house was cozy and child- and dog-friendly. The location of the house and the landscape along the Kiiminkijoki river is beautiful and it is a short distance to the services in the village center. The accommodation is particularly excellent for a former local who wants to spend time in the familiar home region of Kiiming instead of the center of Oulu.

The location was good and the place was clean. The host was helpful and responsive whenever needed.

I recommend it, ideal for those traveling with a dog. A large fenced yard that the dog enjoyed. 😊

Nice, clean house in a quiet area. The wood sauna was wonderful!

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka welcomed us personally. The house is located close to the road and is easily accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka organized cross-country skis and snowshoes for us at a good price and marked a trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the Northern Lights twice. Everything was super straightforward. Thank you very much.

We stopped with a baby and two teenagers on our way north. After a long drive, it was nice to go to the sauna, and to stay loose when they found their own space. The positive surprise was that we got the car in the garage. It was lovely to have a tasty breakfast belonging to the apartment. It was a great place to rest for our pop. Amazing house in a beautiful location. We had a very nice stay here. The house is very cozy, sauna is great and the pool was awesome. The hosts are very friendly and communication was smooth. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

We were relaxing with my spouse and our dog on Midsummer Day. The yard sauna was really relaxing, we saunaed for many hours and the dog also liked the sauna. The area was really quiet, so there was plenty of privacy. The terrain in the area is quite interesting. All things considered, the visit went well.

A place to stay of the right size for a couple. All the basic needs were found and the place was in really neat condition. Quiet location a short drive from Oulu's services. I recommend it!

Cozy, beautiful, comfortable home with everything you need and more! Sari responded quickly and guided well in advance as well. Our teenage son was particularly delighted with the slot machines! I was surprised how Sari had anticipated all kinds of needs, for example, she was sorry that she ran out of her own shower soap (we were allergic), but the cupboard was just right! There were also all the little thoughtful extras (thanks for the rough ones!😊) We will definitely come back when we come to Oulu!

We visited Oulu for 2 nights to dj at a conference. Lippo was a really nice host. He picked us up at the train station and dropped us of after our stay, even while we arrived late. A quiet studio in a great location right next to the market square. The location on the 4th floor ensured that the noise from the cafe did not reach the apartment. Perfect choice for a city break alone or with a small group.
