Monthly Rentals in Otiake River

Arrived to a lovely smelling (lavender diffuser), warm & welcoming rustic hut. Immaculately presented. Found Hugh to be a lovely, friendly host. Had a very peaceful, relaxing 2 night stay. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor bath & shower, fluffy robes, yummy sourdough bread & eggs each morning, friendly dogs & other animals & the serene, tranquil location. Thank-you so much for sharing your little piece of paradise with us.

Great location to town and small park, all just a block away. Kitchen was setup nicely. large refrigerator. easy checkout. Nick flower outside, great sunset and sunrise.

Highly recommend, my partner and I were able to watch the sunrise while laying in bed in front of the fire. The view is simply breathtaking. All the food included was amazing too, especially the homemade cookies and granola. Fantastic host, also special shoutout to Irish for coming to collect us when our car broke down a few minutes away. We are definitely coming back when we hit NZ again. I miss this place already!!

We had a nice 3 day stay at Paula's place. It was close enough to town to walk to the museum, restaurants, and Kurow Hill. It was in a peaceful setting and had all the amenities we needed. Paula was responsive and provided lots of information on things to do in and around Kurow. Would recommend as a stop on the A2O or travels around the Mackenzie region.
