Här vaknar man av fågelkvitter och vinden som viner i körsbärsträdet. Den nyrenoverade stugan delar tomt med huvudbyggnaden, men med egen ingång och del av trädgård. Ett sovrum, ett vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och matplats, samt kök och badrum. Stugan ligger i villaområdet Jursla, 500 m till barnvänlig badplats, skog och löpspår. Buss på 10min gångavstånd.

I stugan finns 1 st 160cm dubbelsäng och 1 st 120cm bäddsoffa. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder & handdukar går att hyra. Båt med åror finns att låna gratis. Gratis parkering finns utanför stugan. Laddning för elbil är ej tillåten. Ca 7 minuter med bil till Norrköping. 25 min till Kolmården. 5 minuter från E4’an.

Eget nybyggt hus med separat ingång som ligger i nära anslutning till vårat egna boende. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt villaområde med närhet av bad och natur. Tillgång till våran brygga ca 100 meter från boendet. (Obs bryggan tog mycket stryk under vintern 2023-2024) bättre att gå till badstranden.) Parkering för 1 bil i anslutning till boendet. Fri parkering ca 100 meter bort. 8 km till Norrköpings centrum. Vi ser helst att ni städar. Om ni vill anlita oss för städning så kostar det 700kr.

Mysig liten stuga på 15m2 med utsikt över bråviken. Badvänligt sjö 100 meter bakom stugan. Fantastiska promenadmöjligheter i Kolmårdsskogarna runt stugan! Egen Dusch, toalett ligger i en separat byggnad 20 meter från stugan. Stugan är utrustad med det väsentliga för korta vistelser. Kylskåp, kaffekokare, vattenkokare och Micro och husgeråd. Kokplatta o grill utomhus. Riinande vatten finns i duschutrymmet. Ta med er egna sängkläder och handdukar.

Gammelgården ligger 5 km norr om Finspång. Stugan är nybyggd i gammal stil med månfönster, kristallkrona och lyxiga sängkläder. Sjöutsikt och spång ner till Bysjön, vi har en liten roddbåt för gäster. Lån av cyklar för härliga cykellturer och lån av golfklubbor, Finspång har 27 håls bana med pay and play. Vi (Ingrid och Bill och katterna Tussilago och Pantufa )bor på gården i ett gammalt hus från 1750 talet med separat ingång och parkering.

We verbleven hier met drie personen. Voor ruim een week. Aanvankelijk zouden we korter verblijven maar omdat het zo’n fijn huisje en prachtige omgeving is, zijn we langer gebleven. We hebben echt heel erg van het huisje en de veranda genoten. Onze zoon vond de schommelstoel fantastisch op de veranda. Er zijn leuke dingen te doen in de omgeving en Camilla heeft leuke tips. Het zwemmeer op loopafstand is echt een aanrader eveneens als een bezoekje aan Stockholm met de trein. Camilla is erg aardig en attent.

Vietimme onnistuneen miniloman tässä majoituspaikassa ja voimme lämpimästi suositella sitä kaikille! Maisemat ovat hienot – ikkunasta avautuu upea näkymä järvelle ja kauniisiin maisemiin, mikä loi meille täydellisen rentoutumisen. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu. Ilmalämpöpumppu piti huolen siitä, että sisätila pysyi miellyttävänä koko oleskelumme ajan. Majoittajan kanssa yhteydenpito oli sujuvaa – saimme kaikki tarvittavat tiedot nopeasti ja ystävällisesti, mikä teki varausprosessista ja vierailustamme sujuvan ja vaivattoman. Kaiken kaikkiaan tämä paikka oli erinomainen valinta.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Nordschweden zurück nach Deutschland und haben hier eine Nacht verbracht. Tobias ist ein underbarer Gastgeber und das Gästehaus ist klein aber fein. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die diese wunderschöne Gegend besuchen. Wir empfehlen auch Söderköping und den Göta-Kanal zu besuchen.
