We had a wonderful time! The place was beautiful and Matteo gave us great tips and information once we arrived. Communication was a little slow but everything worked out great!

Our stay was excellent. We were greeted by Ludovica's dad who is very friendly and gave us all the directions to the house and the surroundings. There are supermarkets nearby and the sea is just a few streets away. To go to the center of Rome we take the metromare that spends the week every 10min and Sunday every 15min . I left us at Porta San Paolo station in approximately 1 hour because it is a little slow. it is very easy to get to the attractive tourist places of the center of Rome. The house has everything you need and is spacious . Thank you very much Ludovica

We had a lovely stay at Andrea‘s apartment. Andrea was very welcoming and brought us to the apartment. The apartment is absolutely lovely, a place that immediately feels like home. We could always reach Andrea whenever we had questions, he even showed us around the area, the best stay in Italy so far! We would love to come back to this place. <3

Good location, right next to train station and you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes. Large market and good coffee 5 minutes away. Hosts were very kind in meeting us and providing a tour of the apartment. Well stocked and clean, good value for the money. Nice balcony to hang out on. Only issue is noise from the train and from shops downstairs, but close the windows and its not a problem. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper, since train operates from 6am to 10pm. Easy commute to Rome, if you want to go to the city.

I recommend the apartment: clean, well-kept, comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything you need! and then looking out the window and seeing the sea is priceless! Carola and Daniele were immediately very kind and, when contacted with a question, they promptly answered. Very positive experience, I recommend it!

Everything was perfect

Paolo was a perfect host - friendly, pleasant, helpful, and communicative. We were only there for one night, but we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is pleasant and bright, clean and spacious. There was parking on the property and a large balcony. We'd definitely like to come back here.

The apartment is extremely well located, with supermarket, restaurants, and of course, the Colosseum just around the corner. You can walk to many of Rome’s main attractions with ease. Massimo was a fantastic host, always available, responsive, and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great location. Classic Italian rooftop view. Leaves little to be desired. Beware: - you will have to climb 5 flights of stairs to access the apartment - it is in a very popular and lively area. You can hear everyone down below from the terrace until late in the night/into the morning. Indoors, it is quiet. - the tea kettle is dirty, i wouldn’t drink from it - stovetop is extremely difficult to use (or broken?) - no clothes iron is provided

This was an ideal spot for a week working just near Bracciano. I found it to be a perfect place to come home to in the evenings. The lake is a lovely run/walk away and the town has everything you need. The mattress is arguably the most comfortable I’ve found in Italy!!!!!

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Can’t get any more local than this! Really felt like a Roman staying here! Great area close to Termini and tram stops surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants with truly amazing food! We found ourselves spending more time in our neighbourhood rather than going more central! The apartment was so cute and had everything we needed! Amazing value for money!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, making everything easily accessible, and the space was thoughtfully designed with all the amenities you need. The two huge terraces were a dream, offering stunning views and the perfect spot to relax. And the jacuzzi made the stay feel like a true retreat. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience effortless. Can’t wait to return!

Paola is an exceptional host, kind, helpful, friendly and always available for whatever you need. the place is a coastal town to stay, the tranquility of the place to relax is excellent. supermarket nearby, super-equipped kitchen, utensils so you can cook whatever you want, excellent cleanliness. Absolutely recommended for those who want to relax and tranquility.

I highly recommend staying here!! Walkable to so many landmarks, restaurants and markets. Spacious apartment with a pool that was super private which helped with the afternoon heat! Mark sends loads of wonderful local recommendations and always responded promptly to any messages I sent. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a beautiful stay , first time visiting Italy and was grateful to be able to experience both the city and the local areas in only a couple of days. Host very responsive and helpful throughout stay! Would highly recommend and would stay again :)
