You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.

Directly in the countryside is our 2 room apartment for 4 people, 60 m² living space + 8 m² terrace on the lower ground floor. Through the yard you can reach your separate entrance on the terrace. First, you enter a spacious dining room, adjoining the living room with a large passage, with a sofa bed. Seperately follows the bedroom with double bed and closet and then in the basement the small but fully equipped kitchen and the shower bath with washing machine.

There is a very nice promenade along the lake with many restaurants and great recreational opportunities also for children. Strandbad, mini golf, boat and bike rental and children's playground are directly on the lake, as well as a beautiful hiking trail (6.6 km) around the lake. It is 8 km to Neuschwanstein Castle, 4 km to Füssen and 2 km to Forggensee by boat trip.
