You can rent our newly renovated and high-quality apartment in the best location with a lot of love for detail! From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the Kramer mountain as well as the beautiful Loisach that is right at your feet. It's just a few steps to the center of Garmisch. The apartment is very quiet, the perfect place to unwind. And yet you are right in the middle of it! Shopping, bakery, restaurants are very close. Train station about 10 min. walk to the apartment. The apartment has been renovated by us with much love. It can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for small family, as well as a couple. Baby bed and baby chair is available as well as washing machine.(is all new) The high-quality kitchen is fully equipped. The associated underground parking and drying room is also located in the house. Right in front of the house flows very nicely creek (Leusach) , where you can relax nicely. The apartment is on the ground floor. The house has only three stairs, which is very practical for families with children as well as for older guests. The municipality charges a 3 tax tax per person Euro per day. For this, the guest receives a ticket for free local bus, as well as savings for swimming pool, Partnachklam, museum, etc.

Ecological Tiny House in the middle of nature Ideal for families and bikers. Located directly on the edge of the forest, you can explore nature, mountain bike trails start right by the house. Large sun terrace with its own slackline in the garden. There are small swimming lakes and child-friendly excursion destinations. The Allgäu and Lake Constance are 1/2 hour away. A small place with everything necessary is only 2 km away , Ravensburg - with its old town with cafes and shops in just 15 min.

You can sleep in a big bed 2x2m,can have breakfast at your nice Terrasse with Lake-view and observe or hear the geese. Enjoy your holiday at this nice place in nature. You can take a swim in the Lake in front of the house, you can go stand up paddling oder got to the beach beside the house.There is a small restaurant and a surf-corner in summer at the beach. shops for food you can find 5min to walk from your appartement. You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is at 900m altitude, so the climate is a bit harsher, but still very sunny in the summer. Especially the location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer.

A large bedroom and dining room from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom depart. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (via internet only) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with walk-in shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine etc. A parking space is not part of the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for about 10 euros per day.

We rent our beautiful “Waldhäuschen” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large plot with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing murmur and ripple can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)
